Really disappointing I ordered Two pizza both chewy dough undone on the bottom to the crust. My cheese stuffed bread undone... chewy dough in the middle. I really had to throw everything in my own oven to heat up it good enough to eat.:// Read more
This dominos is the worst, most unreliable of any pizza establishment. I don't know why I keep expecting them to change, but 5... times now they've either screwed up the order or deliver hours late. Seriously, shame on me for thinking they can change. NopeI'm done. Last order was placed at 130. At 300 they called to say they don't have a driver and could be at least another 2 hoursbefore delivery... Unreal! Do yourself a favor order from anywhere but here. Read more
Management needs to change, those poor workers are literally two seconds from passing out on their feet. They are swamped and it... seems like no breaks and their manager is nowhere to be found. One girl literally can?t see straight and is in pain, props toher for still making amazing food and having amazing customer service. But the management here needs to change ASAP. Bob (Bobby) says she is the boss of the entire place. Not a shift lead, assistant or general manager. Hung up on my husband and... I twice when calling about order that was 40 minutes late. Now an hour late. Still has not arrived. Not once apologized. Laughedabout the situation. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Does not belong anywhere in customer service. Read more
Normally I love the food but last night I got a pizza and sandwich. The pizza was not cooked all the way and was not cut fully... either. It was very dry and did not taste good. The sandwich is much smaller then it ues to be and also very dry. It was missingthe flavor all the way around. They just lost a coumsmer. Read more
We ordered 8 pizzas yesterday night, six cheese and two veggie, to be delivered before 12 today. It was urgently needed for an... event, so we had ordered in advance hoping for our order to come in time. However, 12 comes, and not only is the pizza notbeing delivered, it?s still in the process of being made. Despite paying for delivery, my friends still had to visit the placein person to pick up the pizzas immediately as we couldn?t wait any longer. We found that the place was extremely understaffed,with only two employees and one driver doing all the work. Dominoes seriously needs to add more staff to this location ASAP, butregardless, it was an awful situation. We managed to make it thankfully, but it was very inconvenient and not worth the time,money, or effort wasted. Definitely not buying from this place again. Read more
This is the worst experience I have ever had with pizza delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas and the tracker said they were delivered... (they were not) so I tried to call them. No one picked up the phone and corporate was not answering either so I had to drive tothe store and have them remake the pizzas. They gave me a refund but there was no apology or any sort of sympathy and theemployees were loudly singing and having the time of their lives. They explained that the phones have been down for 2 weeks. Noone tried to call me when they were unable to deliver the pizza. I later discovered it was delivered to the wrong house becausea friendly neighbor came by to drop off the pizzas later on. I don't know what they expected me to do when my pizza neverarrived. They need to close this store. Repeated bad experience, unfortunately a 4 year old wants a pepperoni pizza from Dominos. 2.5... hours later, we are still waiting. They've already got my money from ordering online, and it said 37-47 minute wait. Showed upright away as "Jordan preparing your order" in the tracker. An hour later, still showing the same thing, so I called. "We areshort on drivers, another 30 minutes", yet here it is, more than an hour later. It does show it was taken out of the oven to be"quality checked" more than 30 minutes ago, still no sign of the pizza. I recommend Papa Johns, they actually show up.
