Really good food! The only downside was that the sweetest lady was the only one working. I had come for a curbside and noticed... quickly that she was the only one working, so I went inside to pick up my order instead. She was very professional andapologized that she couldn't come outside to hand me my order because it was so busy. I assured her that it was alright since Iknow its not her fault there wasn't anyone else. She was very quick and so nice. Great service! Read more
Terrible phone app that takes your points away. Can't order delivery under $40 when redeeming points...it's too much of a... hassle. I'll find another bbq place. Dickies also doesn't respond to customers....they will lose money treating customers withdisrespect. Read more
I haven't ever had an experience like this here.. I tried to order some dinner for my boyfriends birthday, they always send the... best coupons via email so we decided on Dickey's. I attempted to order through the internet browser for delivery, but when Ientered my payment info and hit checkout, it gave me an error message and told me to contact the store. I called the store andwhen the phone was answered, there was barely a "hey" on the other side. I wasn't sure if I was calling the right place atfirst, then the person on the line sounded a little frustrated since I wasn't speaking and finally said the store name. I askedabout the error I received and he said it wasn't their fault at all and to contact my bank or to try on the app. I asked aboutcalling in the order and he said I couldn't do it for delivery and to try the app. Slightly frustrated, I said okay anddownloaded the app. I made a profile and everything, added the food to the cart, used a DIFFERENT card for my payment, andreceived the same error message to call the store. I called the store again and asked about the error, if they had gotten anorder in at all and they hadn't. They told me it was my bank again, but I used a different card. At least the second time Icalled, that person on the phone was more willing to help me. After no luck, I get off the phone and go somewhere else. The nextday, I noticed two pending charges on my cards for the BBQ, I called and asked the restaurant about them and they said sincethere was NO ORDER THAT WENT THROUGH the pending charges should go away. Another two days later and the charges have CLEARED myaccount and I cannot get help from Dickey's or my bank. Very upset with the lack of assistance from the store and how rude theperson on the phone was to me. Read more

I had been dying to try this place for months. Brisket and cheese tacos!!! I'm in. Brisket Mac and Cheese, yes please! Ordered... from GrubHub to be delivered. Order came super fast, which is a plus, but the quantity to cost ratio leaves a lot to bedesired. I've been ordering a lot of takeout since COVID and noticing that many places are not giving nearly as much food to goas they would if you ordered in person. I almost never complain, but pictures speak a thousand words...plate was $17 and tacowas $4. Food tastes amazing though. Read more
I got the Brisket Taco and Mac n Cheese. The taco was really small, but filling and full of flavor.
