I used to love Dickey's BBQ, but this was quite honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. If I could rate is a... 0/5, I would. We ordered a 3-meat plate and a kids meal, with chicken and brisket. The chicken was mediocre, but the brisketwas abysmal. Hard, tough, cold, and chewy. The dinner roll was hard and stale, and the coleslaw tasted like it was 3 days old.To top it all off, the bathrooms were filthy. I felt like I left dirtier than when I went in. Honestly, I hate to stereotype,but I believe the quality of this restaurant is due to the poor employees. My unborn son has more teeth than the workers. Read more

I would never come to this dickeys store again. The manger/ shift lead looked like she was high on something. The food was all... smashed up and I had to re-cook the ribs again because it wasn't cooked all the way. Read more

When we walked in, we were looking at the menu and there was a large sign that was obviously blocking the view from the... restaurant associates. One of them asked if we were there to pick up an order, we said that we were looking at the menu. Theemployee told us to step around that she could only see our feet. When we stepped up to the counter to inquire on portions formeats only, the employees responded very rudely and were giving us measurements in ounces and pounds. We asked if they couldtell us how much they would serve and if they could show us approximately what the measures would be. Again, they were bothextremely rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our inquiries. Also when asking the size of sides, we were responded to in avery unprofessional manner. We decided to get a half pound of Brisket and a half pound of pork. I asked for sauces, which Ithought they would put in a small container, but we were told to go over by the soda machine and get it ourselves. My friendwent up to the so called manager, Dawn and asked if we could borrow a marker so we could mark the different sauce flavors as wewere planning to feed 5 different people for a small birthday get together. Dawn made a very smart comment, "I hope you have abetter day" as she slammed the marker on the counter when my friend asked for the marker. When we paid, I had a Groupon that Ihad purchased about 6 weeks ago and tried to use it a the Dickies location inside the AM/PM on Ellsworth and Southern and wastold that they did not take Groupons and to go to the Power and Baseline location. Well guess what???? The would not take itthere either! That was not a big issue until they rude, unprofessional customer service from Dawn and the other young girlworking that day. Absolutely the worst! I ordered the brisket and one of my sides was the fried okra. There were only 2 very thin strips of... brisket that were edible as the rest was nothing but fat. The fried okra was just a clump with raw batter in the middle. Ididn't even want to deal witn the staff. They know what the brisket looked like since they portion it out when you order. Andyou should know that fried okra should be individual pieces and not a large clump! It was disgusting. Read more

It's sad that people think this is good when there's plenty of other bbq around that isnt just a fast food chain. Awful... experience the two times I've tried this place, once in store and through uber eats. They literally never give you your entiremeal if you're eating to go, and the employees made us so incredibly uncomfortable when we went the first time months agoneither of us wanted to go in to get the missing item. And of course I should have known they wouldn't care about uber eats,because nobody is there to check. My sandwich literally was meat and bread, disgusting, and the order was missing an item onceagain. Read more

Their wings just make me sad. There was absolutely nothing on the bone. The Mac and cheese was average. For as how much those... wings cost I would have expected a bit more meat on the bone but there literally was none. Read more

Very poor quality food ..... ordered via uber eats, bbq sauce and bean container was not properly closed so both cups spilled... all over bottom of the bag, coleslaw was only half filled for a medium size cup, mac n cheese was very distasteful ... 4 mediumsides, 3 filled about half way (4th was spilled) 2 lbs of brisket and 1 lb of pulled pork very plain, bland, barely warm .....very very disappointed with this food, I will not be ordering here again. Tried to contact them about my issues and was toldnothing they could do since I ordered via uber eats- very disappointing. $80 worth of food wasted . . . Pics are a little dark,hard to see because my phone was on low battery but you can see everything spilled into bag, still doesnt look as bad in thepics as it did pulled everything out of the bag Read more
