Why is this location?s dining room always closed. Every time I?ve been here. 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm . And then the drive thru is... slow as molasses. How hard is it to put all the food in the bag? How hard is it to slap food on a tortilla and put it in the bag? This place... ALWAYS has missing food. Want higher pay yet you can?t even make sure all the food people are paying for is in the bag. I?venever ordered during busy times. I?ve been the ONLY car in the drive thru it still takes them 20 min to give me my cold food andthere is always missing food. Ridiculous. Read more

Ordered two double cheeseburgers for delivery. On the receipt it clearly states 2 burgers. I received two burritos that could... have in no way been mistaken for what was printed on the receipt. But yet these individuals are making more than skilledlaborers?!?! What a joke. Try putting someone who can read at the bagging counter next time. This is my local Del Taco. I stop here for the Thursday special and always ?Go Bold.? I will occasionally stop by for breakfast... but they never have coffee so I took a star off for that. The food is cheap and tasty so I can?t complain really. If I?m notordering breakfast, I usually order the chicken soft tacos and bean and cheese burritos, which you really can?t mess up. It was OK... ordered on the app and got 2 free del tacos so recommend using their app when you sign up get 2 FREE TACOS... ???? However, I went inside to pick up my order and although there were clearly enough employees working... about 7 that Icould clearly see... it took quite some time before someone had even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter waiting toget my order... much faster getting my food though once I gave them my name... This location is awesome. It's very clean and it's set up well. When I first arrived I was greeted by a very happy associate who... acknowledged me right away even though there was another customer in line ahead of me. When it was my turn, he greeted me againand asked how could he help me. I ordered the special from the app and he scanned the QR code right away. He suggested someupsells which I took. He processed my transaction fast and handed me my receipt. The food was up within a few moments. The frieswhere fresh, hot and crispy. The Beyond Tacos where outstanding, just like every other time I've stopped here. The ambience withthe music is upbeat and I really do like the music. Read more
