Sandra is simply the nicest person you will ever meet. She is so amazing that my wife and I will go well out of our way just to... eat at this location. Her poise, service, and commitment to her store is unmatched by anyone. We have family in WI and we wouldall rather see Sandy?s smiling face a million times over having Culver?s anywhere else, even in WI. The new dining room isbright and open with a much easier to clean/sanitize floor. It was the breath of fresh air that the store needed to meet thelevel of service provided by Sandy and her excellent staff. We honestly look forward to our little Culver?s dates to have a nicemeal, some ice cream for dessert, and a warm friendly hug from someone that feels like family. Peel away the veneer ofcookie-cutter fast food restaurants and what you?re left with is a staff and its leadership, and in the case of thisestablishment- They set the bar. Read more
They say it's farm fresh. This was my third try in two years. Might be ghetto fresh. The food is nothing special. My Pastrami... sandwich was dripping with fake butter or oil. Did not care for the onion rings. The workers were very nice. It's like schoollunch quality. Read more
First time to try the butter buns burgers and I was very delighted! Good quality burgers, fresh, and delicious. Great flavor and... the custard shakes are also very good! I was running errands all day and I decided to eat delicious crispy chicken sandwich from this place. I ordered Spicy Crispy... Chicken meal and came home. I was starving and excited to eat. As soon as I opened the box, I saw it like this. NO BUN!! That?snot how sandwiches work. I was disappointed!! I think Culvers management should teach their employees how to make sandwiches.Last time I checked their ads on the screen, crispy chicken sandwich had two buns, not one. Isn?t this false advertising?? Imight sue them for it. I?ll talk to my lawyer brother and update this review. The employees that we dealt with were nice enough, but we didn't get our order correct. We asked for grilled onions on the... hamburger but got raw instead, we would have complained but it took SO long to get our food that we didn't want to wait longerfor some grilled onions. We were watching the drive thru customers and they were going through super fast. I'm hoping this was aone time oversight and not a reflection of how things are all the time. In my job I have to pay attention to details but itspecifically said on the receipt "grilled onions". Read more
