Dont work at a place if you can't make the ice cream. Asked for the lucky charm over the rainbow and just got sprinkles. The 3... guys there moved SO SLOW and we staring off in space as if they were stoned on the job. Literally left and went to power andbaseline. Customer service is very poor. The associate aren't very friendly. The register system was somewhat broken. And it felt like... the associates belittled us. When it was their system. Worst of all they definitely didn't make the lucky charms look right.???? Read more

It's a nice cozy ice cream shop. They had about 10 to 12 flavors but not too appealing selection, however tasted fresh They are... very generous with their scoop for the small cup. Even though it sucks that they had the indoor seating closed and the outdoortables were not ideal in the hot summer, the cashier was kind and offered me a lid for the cup. I will also say they are verygenerous with their toppings and I loved how each spoonful of ice cream was well-packed with toppings. Read more
Poor service and quality for the price. Close to $12 for 2 of the ?Like It? (smallest size) ice creams. The ?mix-ins? were... thrown on top of one, and a mix-in was completely missed in the other. The girl rushed through making them even though there wasno one else inside, and I seemed to be inconveniencing her. I love Cold Stone, but will make the drive to go to another one fromnow on.
