Online ordering is completely pointless here now. You're supposed to walk in and grab your order from the rack. It was simple, ... quick, convenient. Now, they keep the orders in the back and you have to stand there and wait for ALL in person customers toplace and receive their order. At which point they ask your order name, walk 5 feet behind them, grab the orders (which havebeen sitting there waiting the whole time, mind you), and hand them to you. It took 10 min to get my order that was ready theentire time. You guys really need to rethink this procedure. People usually do online orders because they don't like waitinginside. After eating from here three times we have decided not to anymore. The proteins always appear over cooked. Sometimes the... burritos are all rice and not much of anything else. They commonly forget to put in items ordered through the apps. The food isnot ready in the pick up areas and you must ask to receive it. Some of the employees do not seem to want to be there. As for theoverall taste, it is never consistent and mostly tastes overcooked. It is really a bummer. Read more
Im tired of chipotle employees skimping on portions because they think its too much food. Chipotle?s whole thing is selling big... burritos. Just because you eat a handful of seeds and an orange slice a day doesn?t mean you should skimp paying customers onthere orders. Im done. Had order delivered from this location. They added sour cream to my bowl which had no dairy selected because I'm intolerant.... Added extra chicken option and didn't even get the usually single serving size of chicken. This chipotle sucks Read more
This is beyond gross. My daughter found a leaf in her meal. This is a health hazard and so disturbing. I called and no one... would answer the phone. I will be calling their corporate offices tomorrow. This place should be shut down. October 20thupdate: have been unable to reach the representative assigned to my incident. Called 5 times today and left a voicemail. Veryinconvenient, very disappointed in chipotle and the whole situation. Way too much effort on my part for them to remedy thissituation. You would think at the very least they would have refunded the charges on our card but no they have done nothing butleave a voicemail with a number that I can leave another voicemail on. Read more
