My friend and I were the only people eating in the restaurant at noon on a Saturday. There were only 2 take out orders during... the time we were there. This is not a small restaurant. Our main course item included s soup choice and plain or fried rice.Mine was supposed to be on a bed of cabbage but they were just a few strips of cabbage. I ordered ice tea and my friend had thehot tea. I did not know the meal came with hot tea until my friend asked for the hot tea. In otherworldly, my lunch cost me morebecause my tea was iced. I have to leave a review of this place! I have ordered from quite a few Chinese take out places in 20+ years, and this place by... a mile was the best I have had from delivery. It was as fresh as if we went to the restaurant and ate it there. Tasty, hot,great price, menu has a huge variety. I had the sweet and sour pork, was super crunchy, (sauce did melt the lid a little, lol) Son had the shrimp chow mein, was piping hot, he had to wait a bit to eat! LOVE THAT Other son had chicken lo mein, not a biteleft. Side item, Fried dumplings, tasty, sauce was too sweet for my taste, but really good and crispy! I would recommend gettingthe dinner combo (comes with entrée, plain fried rice, soup, cream cheese puff and spring roll) if you are ordering delivery,since there is much more food. Hubby picked up Chinese last night. He got me vegetable egg foo yong. It was nothing more than a very small omelette with tons... of vegetable on top of it. That?s not egg foo young. You?re supposed to chop up the vegetables, have some bean sprouts and makethat into an omelette altogether and then put some gravy over it. I have no idea what this mess was. It was terrible. Hubby hadorange chicken that he said was not very good either. The fried rice is always wonderful but everything else I?ve gotten fromthere has been terrible. Maybe because I?m originally from New York and I know what good Chinese food taste like , maybe thesepeople from Arizona think that this is authentic but it?s not. Read more
We got sick from eating here, this is the worse Chinese food we?ve ever had, the meat had an odd taste, especially the pork,... tasted very processed, those who review saying it was good, gosh you must have no clue? you must try Mayflower?s Chinese food!! Read more
Ordered lunch here, driver did not follow delivery instructions causing a big hassle. Order was incorrect and items were also... not included. Food tasted good, but too many mistakes on one order. Update 7/22. Family member accidently ordered from thisrestaurant again. They must have new staff members since the days we used to enjoy this place. Service was inexcusable. Me and my family absolutely love this place! We come almost every Sunday for lunch and will continue to do so. The lady that... usually welcomes us in is very nice and very welcoming. Her customer service is excellent. The food is delicious, quantity isgood and for a very affordable price. The place is very clean and one thing that stands out is the food is laterally made freshonce you order it. Only thing is I wish the chicken lo mein came automatically with chicken breast instead of chicken thigh butfor an extra $1 something you can upgrade to chicken breast. Probably one of the better restaurants for Chinese food. My wife and I have tried most of the items on their menu and so far we... have settled on sesame chicken and pepper steak. The portion is also quite decent. They lack the 5th star because their flavoris a little inconsistent. Read more
