We really wanted to have a more positive experience than out last three, server started out strong then faded into no server.... Sizzling fajitas didn?t sizzle, had to ask for sweetener, refills of tea more than once. Last time we were there a manager saidthey knew of the problems and we?re working to resolve. That was over a month ago and it was better yet worse, lowest tip in along time at 20%. We get it times are challenging but even the table behind us asked to speak to a manager. Read more

If you?re vegetarian or vegan just don?t go to Chili?s. I will never be back. This is the second time a Chili?s has placed meat... in my food, even after requesting multiple times for there to be no meat. This time, I ordered the cajun pasta to go, our waiterforgot about it, brought it out, no visible chicken. I go to reheat it the next day, with little bits of chicken they forgot topick out I guess. All the waiter had to do was say ?sorry we put chicken in it but we will remake it with no meat?, I would nothave gotten upset. To a vegan/vegetarian, you can NOT just pick meat out, it will make us very ill! I did not see the littlebits of chicken until it was too late and my partner and I became very sick. Read more
Nice waiter. Great food. Love the chips and salsa!!!! A little slow service but zero problems.
Hostess went to seat us at a dirty table. No biggie. It happens. She told us to hang tight while she got something to wipe the... table down. We stood there with our kids for about five minutes when a server walking by asked what was going on. He was superpolite, got a rag, and wiped things down for us right away. As he finished up, the hostess returned with a broom and swept abunch of trash out from under the table. We sort of had a laugh and sat down without thinking much of it. We figured out what wewould order and played games with our kids. We had pretty much finished the games on their place mats and started wondering whyno one had been by to get our order or even start us with some drinks. We watched what seemed to be plenty of staff walkingaround seemingly without much going on. There were plenty of empty tables around and it didn't look like the kitchen was rushed.A few minutes later, we just quietly left without having ever had anyone stop by our table after we sat down. We moved to this area 2 years ago just before Covid, and I have never had any problems with either the take out or dine in... experience. Regarding the take out service, it?s usually pretty quick. There are times when they are busy that I?ve had towait a bit, but I also understand that staffing is a big problem for everyone right now. Anyway, the food is always deliciousand I have only positive things to say about this location. It?s one of the better ones that I?ve ever been to. Read more
