Food tastes great, but it took so long to get my food that I thought they forgot about me. Only one person ahead of me. Ordered... 2 ten piece chick-n-minis with buffalo sauce. Receipt showed I ordered at 8:05 and I got my food at 8:27. They gave me a freemilkshake gift card but 22 minutes is not worth it. Second bad experience I had here recently (other time was going all the wayhome before realizing they didn't give me any buffalo sauces). Read more

Workers seems to be very charismatic even though I was on my work clothes and you know after eight hours of being outside you... get dirt all over and started to smell funky they didn?t care, although some other customers did. We waited forever for our food while dining in. I understand that drive through is quicker...but they weren't even busy. We... waited another 10 minutes for a refill. Then I needed to take my son to the restroom and we had to wait for anyone to give us acode for the restroom. This Chick-fil-a is so rude. No one even acknowledged us... Not even the supervisors or shift leads. Theyshould have drink machines available for people to serve themselves. I'm so disappointed in their customer service. Whilewatching them deliver food to tables it's like they refused to look at the little icons on the table tents. They just went fromtable to table asking if it was their food. This place is always busy, but you get your food pretty quickly. They have tons of employees at every time of day, so even... though there are tons of people getting food, you are in and out of there quite fast. The food never disappoints! Always hot andfresh and YUMMY!! And, if you want to eat inside, there are many tables to sit at and it's always clean! Read more
