I don't always eat at Chick-fil-A, but when I do, I'd like to have an equal amount of pickles to chicken ratio. I had 1 slice... of pickle in my sandwich. I never have more than 2 pickle slices and refuse to order extra pickles as there should be enough perbite to enjoy the sandwich. Top notch cleanliness, service and professionalism. One of the few fast food establishments, in my opinion, that go the extra... mile to ensure that your dine or take out experience is memorable. The manager visited our table to make sure everything wasokay and asked if we would like a drink refill. Oh yeah and the spicy chicken deluxe was delicious! Read more
Half the restaurant it used to be. Visited this restaurant a few times in the last year or so with my family. Every visit is a... disappointment for me and my family. For me because the sandwiches are kid sized?all of them?and a disappointment for the kidsbecause the playground is pendency closed. Furthermore, seating has been reduced by about 30% due to failure of planning fromwhen they remodeled the restaurant a couple years ago. They?ve taken away some of the best seating in the house for their sideoperation. This place is definitely not McDonald?s because I?m NOT loving it. Read more
I love this Chick Fil A! The service is always fast and the employees are so nice. The newly added drive thru express is super... convenient. Also, Travis Cranford the restaurant operator frequently sends out free rewards which is so nice. Today I had a badday at work and went here because I was too tired to make dinner. I went through the drive through express and when I got homethere was two coupons in my bag for free sandwiches. It made my day! Thank you! Read more
It was Friday and I thought the lunch rush would be over, but it wasn't. The place was super busy, especially the drive thru.... Although, I was a dine in customer I was sitting in a great spot to witness how fast and efficient their service was for thedrive thru. I ordered the basic chicken sandwich, waffle fries and I treated myself to a peach shake. Delicious. Everyone thatworks there was very friendly and the tables were clean. I hate to do this, but I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. I don't know what has been going on here but their food has... gone super downhill the past few weeks. The bun tonight was definitely not a Chick fil A white bun. Tasted like something youwould pick up from Walmart. It was dry, stale and had no sweetness to it. My sandwich from last time we came was made wrong andhad pickles on a grilled club... the packaging has also been really weird. First, it came in styrofoam boxes then tonight itcame in soup containers... just, what? What is going on here? I think we will start eating at home from now on... seems likerestaurants can't get their acts together lately. Second bad restaurant review in the past week. I hate doing this because I don?t leave a lot of bad reviews and I am very honest about my reviews you can check out my page. I... repeated my order twice to the lady in the drive-through and someway somehow she still managed to get half of my order wrong.After waiting about 25 minutes in line I ended up with the wrong order.
