My husband and I came through the drive through on Wednesday night. First, the line didn't move very quickly, which is totally... fine! There weren't too many cars ahead of us but it still took 20 minutes to get to place our order. When we got home andstarted eating, my chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through and I've been dealing with food poisoning since. NeitherQueen Creek location is worth it! Read more
I?ve been to this location a few times. Staff is nice. It?s clean. But it takes more than that to get me to write a 5 star... review about a fast food location. I have two notoriously well mannered kids (6&8). I have them order and pay all by themselvessometimes. Well today a super nice staff member offered them to come to the back and make their own cone. It was SO incrediblysweet! And another staff member even took a video for me. Management at this location is doing something right - whether it?shiring the right people or propagating positive culture. It was well above and beyond and made ALL of our day. Read more
It's super busy, as all Chick-Fil-A's are. But we were able to get a good parking spot (where we wouldn't be trapped by the... drive through, and inside it was busy, but not too busy. Staff was super friendly and nice. Read more
I love this food,unfortunately like many places managers people in charge in this restaurant are being cheap with the amount of... chicken and lettuce they put on salads,some times a few slices of egg ....all this just to save money and get more bonuses forthem saving money for the business but the prices are more expensive but less food,I complained to the lady in charge about mysalads not having enough chicken very little and she wanted to charge me more money for putting extra chicken when I was showingher the salad with not enough chicken and lettuce compared to the picture on the menu,that?s sad all they care is about bonusfor themselves with less portions on the food they?re selling,I hope this has nothing to do with corporation telling them to dothis,I think is the management in charge,I guess I?ll have to take my business somewhere else.....and since I couldn?t reply tothe owners response here,is not about making perfect salads every time,if a customer brings to their attention to management andshow that the salad is being short on chicken very little or salad on the others and their only response is ?I can give you morefor extra $$ it?s wrong,I wasn?t asking for free food just the proper amount of food that I was paying for,I purchased 4 saladson this visit Read more
It?s nice that the drive through is always flowing! We ordered nuggets and fries. If you have not tried the chick-fil-A sauce... with your fries, your missing out!! So yummy!! The Smokey flavor is amazing. We always keep the extras for later use. Read more

When you order ahead, they don?t start making it until you get to the restaurant. Then it takes forever from there. So? what?s... the point? I thought I?d save time so I ordered online. Showed up to an empty drive through and no line at the counter. I pulledinto my assigned slot, only to wait over 30 minutes for my food. When I asked why they don?t make it when I order it they toldme it was for freshness. We got this Chick-fil-A, we know how to plan our orders so we can pick them up fresh and in a hurry.You created another drive through that?s worse than the first one. Really bad way to do things.
