I always get the Western Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. This is my favorite fast food treat and this location accepts EBT.... I love Carl's Jr onion rings and I got everything pretty fresh for as slow as it was dining in. I'll be back next time I comethis way. Read more

It's a good Carl's junior, pretty quick, only thing is when I was the only person in line, they asked me to pull forward to... receive my order when it is ready. When I asked the window staff why, they said they wanted their timer to stop. I am a managerand I understand the metrics and all this stuff, but it is mildly inconvenient and is manipulating the metrics of the storeanyway. Read more
I could give you more information about this location but I sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes and nobody helped me. There was... 1 car in front of me. Ordered 3 A1 double cheeseburgers, 1 of which was supposed to be plain (no sauce, no extras - just beef, cheese, and the onion... ring) and a jalapeño double with A1 added to it; we made sure to have them repeat it and confirm 3 separate times and the orderwas still wrong... food was cold, more bread than beef, no A1 sauce on any of our A1 burgers. We originally went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich, but it wasn't what was in the bag. We tried... calling a few times but the phone would get picked up and sound like we were placed on hold for about a minute, and then we werehung up on. Drove to the restaurant to have my order corrected, which it wasn't-- it had lettuce on it and the wrong sauce. Theyhad also actually charged me for the other sandwich, which was more expensive and they were unable to accurately do the refundthe first time. As we walked into the restaurant to request the sandwich be remade, one of the managers was leaning on thecounter, on their phone, very unprofessional. When we go to this location, something in our order seems to always be wrong oromitted. Plan on not returning to this location, not even after a year. Read more
