We originally went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich, but it wasn't what was in the bag. We tried... calling a few times but the phone would get picked up and sound like we were placed on hold for about a minute, and then we werehung up on. Drove to the restaurant to have my order corrected, which it wasn't-- it had lettuce on it and the wrong sauce. Theyhad also actually charged me for the other sandwich, which was more expensive and they were unable to accurately do the refundthe first time. As we walked into the restaurant to request the sandwich be remade, one of the managers was leaning on thecounter, on their phone, very unprofessional.
