Great burger and fries! Seriously- in terms of your standard run of the mill fast food burger go'to places, this is the best.... The competition right down the road is a Rallys (or known as "Checkers" back east). ..Not nearly as good. The super star withcheese is one hell of a burger. I'm not going as far to say this matches 5 guys burgers (which really isnt too common) though.I'd say the Carl's jr super star ranks right below 5 guys, which is still an amazing feat. I typically spend less at Carl's Jrso in the past I've went there instead a few times. In short, It was super good. I'd rank it as one of the best places to grab afastfood burger. Oh my. I?d give this place zero stars if I could. As I?m waiting at the window, I?m thinking ? I?m going to give this place five... stars? because the young man who took my order was very polite? but NO WAY? I get home and open my bag? Twenty dollars worth ofstale food and undercooked burgers. I couldn?t believe it. All this food and I couldn?t stomach ANY of it. I don?t know what?sworse but EACH sauce I opened (bbq,honey mustard, and ranch) were all old. My last 5 visits at this location, I've had 1 good experience where something wasn't wrong. 3 times it's come with cheese (I'm... lactose intolerant) and another time they forgot my sandwich entirely. Read more
This location really melted my heart and exceeded my expectations?. The other week, Carl?s Jr. was promoting free western... burgers when the Suns scored 11 three-point shots in a single game with the purchase of a beverage. The posting on the SunsFacebook page said the promo expires in June, 2022. Nothing in the ad said only valid before the next game. We called thislocation a couple days after the game vs. the Lakers and asked if they would still honor the promotion. I was worried with mybusy schedule that we were too late and we were all looking forward to getting our free western burgers. Luckily, they said it?sstill honored. I mentioned we were closer to another location and the manager (female) on the phone said, if our nearby Carl?sJr. gives us a hard time to correct them and mention it?s approved by management and it should still be honored?. Can you guesswhat happens next? Yup! They REFUSED to sell us their burgers because the Suns lost to the Jazz the following night. I don?tmean to sound like a Karen, but I brought up what the Country Club location manager said on the phone and the employee said,?that?s THEIR location.? It really broke my heart, even though I understand their reasoning. Money is tight, but I also didn?twant to disappoint my family. So, I took a risk and drove further to this location and got our free burgers. The woman was sokind to me at the drive thru. I explained to her what happened at the other location and she apologized. She was so sympatheticand so different to how I was treated at the other location, it made me cry. Thank you Carl?s Jr. at 2002 N. Country ClubDrive, from the bottom of my heart. Clean place, plenty of space to sit away from people, bathrooms are open to public so they may be frequently used. Not a huge... Carl's Jr. fan but we had coupons. Ordered August 7 at 8:45pm. The fried food was fine but my burger is Inedible. Bun is hard as a rock cheese is hard and stiff... like plastic. This has been sitting for a long time and microwaved as soon as I ordered it. I have had better vending machineburgers. Read more
