I rated the atmosphere only two stars because I went through the drive-thru I never go in. I love their smarty chicken... sandwiches. They're only $2 and they're pretty big and delicious, surprisingly. I love that they have Criss cut fries, which aredelicious. The menu is big. It's not just burgers. They have salads chicken fall in all. I think the food is good and goodportions. Unlike Wendy's you order an ultimate cheeseburger and it's smaller than the palm of her hand or Burger King where theymake it all sloppy. Read more
Average at best. I?ve been to this chain three times and almost always do they forget something from my order or give me the... incorrect order. Food is okay but this restaurant definitely lacks competent people to verify orders. I?ve witnessed the frontstaff argue with the cooks in the back in-front of other customers because the incorrect order was made. Don?t think I?ll becoming back to this location again. Read more
I pulled up for lunch and saw the deal on window for a taco salad and drink. (4.99 ) at the time of this post I was hesitant to... order such a meal from a Carl's Jr. I don't think I had ever ordered from the Green Burrito fused restaurant. But I can say Iwas not disappointed . Ok, it is fast food. So I know what to expect. Still, the food was adequate (but the onion rings where great). What caught my... attention was the service. It was not even adequate. I went through the drive in, and person there was either bored or justhated being there, and it showed. This place is super close to my new office, but I haven't been back. Only thing is that drives thru sucks, not the workers, but for a fast food restaurant that is well know and there speaker and... mic sucks. Yeah those words from my youngest son, and i was the one ordering totally agree. Hope district manager dees this andfixes the issue, so the workers can take the orders down a bit better the first time. Read more
Once again, it's only 7pm and the entrance doors are locked. Hours of operation are clearly listed on the main door but it seems... that they must have some form of brake system in place that allows for employees to make decisions on when to shut therestaurant down and reopen as they desire. I peered in the windows only to see two employees sitting at a table enjoying theirCarl's Jr combo meals so I knocked on the glass and they indicated with hand signals with chopping motion to the neck that theywere closed.. great third time this has happened in a week as I live across the street.
