I haven't personally been in, however a friend of mine got me food from this restaurant and it was amazing! The flavors all... blended so well together, and just the smell would make my mouth water! 10/10 would recommend Capriotti's! Read more

I'm full... but I guess I should be with the large sandwich, it's as big as two normal ones! Went classic Italian and the meats... were tasty! The bread is also nice and fluffy. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. We'll be back again. Read more

Went in to get my normal large chicken cheese steak sandwich today, called in ahead and ordered, requested it to be well done... with everything on it. Got there paid $22 and change, but I got bad attitudes for free. Sandwich was handed to me and opened itup, low and behold no cheese, bun was not toasted, no Sweet nor spicy peppers, just a small amount of chicken a few pieces ofgrilled onions and mushrooms. Totally disappointed today, it has never been like this before in the past. Employees attitudesand personalities were in the toilet as far as I am concerned, they acted as if they were doing me a favor serving me up a SuperSub Standard Sandwich. I could have stayed at home and made a potted meat sandwich and it would have been way better than myexperience today!!! Update, As of today 9-26-2022, The owner responded as you can read down below, they were offering to make itright but I responded to their response I never heard back from them to this day. Just to give all you guys a heads up?.. Read more

First time in, excited to find a real steak and cheese but had to take my sub home and cook it myself. Ordered the $22 classic... cheesesteak to split, barely full of meat, came with lots of onions and a few mushrooms on one half, no peppers. Went up andasked for peppers because they weren?t on our sub and was told they don?t come on it. (It?s on the menu in the description aswell as in the picture as well as online.) Was told they aren?t sure why the menu says that because it doesn?t come with peppers(???). Was asked what kind of peppers we want because there?s 2 kinds and we?re supposed to specify (I thought they didn?t comeon it??) Was given a ramekin of uncooked peppers. Asked for a side of mushrooms since there were barely any on the sub, wasasked if we wanted them cooked or raw (um what ???). Asked for them to be the same way they are made when making this sub. Wasgiven a ramekin of warm but uncooked mushrooms. Then went home and put all the contents in a pan and sautéed the ingredients tomake a sub. That part wasn?t hard. What was hard was spending $30 for a sub and a drink and tip to go home and remake the subafter being lied to about what the menu says. If you make a mistake, just fix it. If it was someone else?s mistake, fix it andcorrect them privately and respectfully especially if they?re training which I?m assuming was the case here. Oh and staffmembers should never berate other staff members in front of customers. It?s obnoxious and makes everyone uncomfortable. 2 starsbecause the sub roll was really delicious. Read more

Use to be a great sandwich but i am pretty sure there are new owners and immediately starting to cut back on the meat and... cheese. Food cost junkies. Go to the original hoagie shop on priest and university for a good sandwich loads of meat. You canfeel the weight when they hand it to you. Read more

I ordered a 10" chicken cheese steak sandwich for $18.99. Yes $18.99 for one 10" sandwich. The chicken was so dry and the bread... was so wet it was completely disgusting. I mean completely uneatable. I just can't believe how bad it was. How is it that thebread could be that wet when the chicken is that dry? I am completely disappointed. Read more

I payed $11+ for this joke of a sandwich. It was extremely small. I also asked for peppers and they didn?t add them. There are... too many great sandwich spots around this area for me to go back to Capriotti?s. Read more

I have not been to this sandwich shop before, probably won?t be back. See picture. Opened my TINY 7 dollar sandwich that looked... like this. Couldn?t put the tomato ON the sandwich, but just slapped a whole slice on the top and wrapped it up. Phones we?redown so they couldn?t do curbside either. Firehouse is pretty close by, think I?ll stick with them. Read more
