They have delicious food made fast, this is why it's one of our favorite restaurants. Yesterday I walk in like any other time,... but at check out my card did not want to work, we ran it 3 times, the line behind me was getting longer instead of making a bigdeal, the cashier simply pushed the food towards me and said it must be issues with our machine. I got home and I realized ????my debit was on negative! it wasn't his machine it was my card. My parents raise me to always pay my debts and today I returnedto the restaurant with cash. The young lady cashier from today said Alex wasn't working today so I left an envelope with a thankyou card and money to cover my expense from yesterday plus extra for tip and I gave it to the staff to give to Alex. So disappointed with this location. Emailed directly trying to avoid leaving poor review on social media for this location but... never even heard back. Multiple times this location has messed up my order. Sweet pork is never sweet. Kids quesadillas arethrown together and falling apart. Was so excited to have a drive through location but will drive to further location because ofmultiple disappointments here. Read more
Cafe rios food is usually fresh and amazing. However this location is HORRIBLE. The employees are RUDE and don't care. The... manager is not friendly at all and lazy. The food is ALWAYS old and dry. They are always out of items and won't cook more food.We ordered chips and queso and they forgot our chips. Drive further to go to a different location don't bother going here. Read more

I really enjoy Cafe Rio, it's one of my favorites to grab a bite to eat but this location specifically has a few issues. They... seem to often be understaffed and because of this, serve pretty slowly. Management needs to hire more employees and probablyshould bump up their pay too. Read more
First time here and will never return again. 1. They literally took FOREVER and there was only 2 people in front of us. 2. The... lady taking the order was so freaking rude! I asked for extra cheese and you would think I was asking for a million dollars withthe look she gave me. 3. Look at the photo attached. Beans where so watery it wouldn?t even stay in my burrito to the point nowmy burrito is soggy so that $15 is now down the drain! Disgusting. I went for their $5 nacho day. I?d never been and it?s close to home. I was so excited. The nachos on the site... looked so good with tons of melty cheese. What I got was so gross. Brown guacamole and crusted brown stuff on the side. Nocheese and the chips were hard and stale. Never again. They were supposed to get back to me about my experience. Never did. Read more
I have tried this place twice and unfortunately both times have been terrible. The meat is cold, didn?t get any limes when I ask... for extra, the lettuce taste bad and the guacamole looks old. I thought I?d give them a second chance to redeem themselves aftermy first bad experience but it was still bad the second. I just expect more when paying $22 for a meal for just myself.
