They have delicious food made fast, this is why it's one of our favorite restaurants. Yesterday I walk in like any other time,... but at check out my card did not want to work, we ran it 3 times, the line behind me was getting longer instead of making a bigdeal, the cashier simply pushed the food towards me and said it must be issues with our machine. I got home and I realized ????my debit was on negative! it wasn't his machine it was my card. My parents raise me to always pay my debts and today I returnedto the restaurant with cash. The young lady cashier from today said Alex wasn't working today so I left an envelope with a thankyou card and money to cover my expense from yesterday plus extra for tip and I gave it to the staff to give to Alex. So disappointed with this location. Emailed directly trying to avoid leaving poor review on social media for this location but... never even heard back. Multiple times this location has messed up my order. Sweet pork is never sweet. Kids quesadillas arethrown together and falling apart. Cafe rios food is usually fresh and amazing. However this location is HORRIBLE. The employees are RUDE and don't care. The... manager is not friendly at all and lazy. The food is ALWAYS old and dry. They are always out of items and won't cook more food.We ordered chips and queso and they forgot our chips. Drive further to go to a different location don't bother going here. Read more
