First time trying but was not impressed. Onion rings were decent, maybe a little under seasoned. The fries though.... Extremely... disappointing, some of the worst I've had in a long time. Somehow both overcooked with lot of bitter charred parts, but alsosoggy and wimpy, absolutely no crisp. Really missed the mark with those. I ordered at the counter and ate at the restaurant butthey did not seem fresh at all. The burger was pretty decent, the only reason I'm giving them two stars. But even then, itwasn't phenomenal, a little overcooked and considering I paid $23.04 for my meal I had pretty high expectations.???? I wouldhave been much happier spending my money at either The Habit nextdoor or Five Guys across the street. Read more

6 Month Review - One word, Quality. My family and I love The Habit Burger but decided to switch to BurgerFi about 6 months ago.... The quality of the food is evident when you devour it. Clean meat. Great options for the entire family. Great Service. Themanager is always so friendly. The only negative I would give them is the a la cart menu however, the food is so delicious wedon't mind, nor do most. Read more
My wife and I decided to try out Burger Fi. We were curious to try their Waygu Beef Hot Dogs and we were highly impressed. She... enjoyed her New York style hot dog, loaded with kraut and a mustard drizzle, and it is now her favorite. She enjoys the factthey cook them char style which gives it exceptional flavor. I enjoyed a New York style but also the Texas style hot dog, whichis properly smothered in chili, cheese, and red hot sauce. Sensational. The fries are fantastic. We enjoyed it so much, we justhad it again tonight. We did take out each time, service was prompt and friendly. The rest of the menu looks fantastic. Usually this place is good, but the last time I went it was meh. Burger was smaller than before and seemed to be missing... condiments (or at least tasted way different from the time before). A lot of my fries were burned and small? guess I got the endof a batch? My wife got their spicy chicken sandwich, and that tasted really good! Read more
I received some coupons in the mail and decided to give this place a try. I got the BurgerFi Burger and it was really good! I... really liked the sauces and it had a fun environment inside. My kids ate a lot of their food so that is always a good sign. Read more
Good, but not great. I had the chicken sandwich since I tend to like those better than burgers. It was fresh,but a little tough.... The fries were the best part. I wish the was a smaller size-the regular size is enough for two people. The ranch dipping saucewas homemade, but soupy. It would be perfect if it was thicker. $14 was a little pricy for one meal without a drink. Read more
Tldr: Overall pretty overpriced and we won't be back. Lots of other better burger places out there. We wanted to try out a new... burger place and saw some good reviews here. Pretty disappointed overall. The chicken tenders were the only good thing, crispyand juicy and the jalapeño ranch dipping sauce (which they forgot to give us) was flavorful. The burger, oh the burger....wasnot good. $12 for the ultimate cheeseburger with bacon gave us high expectations. First, the signature brand smashed the bun andmade it look like it was old and forgotten on the back shelf of a McDonald's. No condiments whatsoever (maybe intentional?) andthe condiments station was dirty, out of ketchup and only had mayonnaise. The fries are probably personal preference. I don'tlike this particular style where I think they toss them in something that makes them come out brown and wilted, not crispy atall. Wingstop has almost identical fries. So again, this may be your preferred type of fries, just pointing it out. We may havebeen served an old batch because they weren't very pleasnt. At least they were really salty which I like. They were out ofonion rings which was one of the main reasons we came because they look amazing in the pictures. The service was not good andnot bad. They forgot a couple things on our order but then the guy brought our tray to us outside which made me give an extrastar. So good job to him! Read more
