The mozzarella sticks were smoother than a cheeto, looks like they used flour instead of bread crumbs. That may be a chain-wide... thing. This sad "ghost pepper whopper" is definitely location-specific and I don't even know if I'm going to eat it. Read more

This BK is conveniently located on Broadway in Mesa just about a block east of Greenfield. The place was clean, mostly empty... with an older Hispanic man taking my order. I bought chicken nuggets for $2.16 total including tax. I paid with a $5 bill and hegave me $2.20 in change instead of the correct $2.84 shorting me over 50 cents. I told him he gave me wrong change and he justmumbled in broken English. Finally the manager gave me the correct change with no apology and an attitude. Since I amnice(probably too nice)I gave them the benefit that it was a mistake. However, while I was enjoying my chick. nuggets; I heardanother customer right after me complain he was also shorted on his change. DING DING...they're doing it on purpose. It alsobothered me that the clientele was mostly seniors on a budget and the management appears to be taking advantage of seniors withmental disabilities. NOT COOL OR OK when people go to BK because they're on a budget. This would have been one star but thenuggets were tasty with the buffalo and sweet & sour sauces. Read more

Super slow drive thru even though there are barely any cars. I?m not sure if it?s because of short staff or just terribly... employees but good god this is definitely the longest burger king drive thru I?ve ever waited in to the point that I needed towrite this review while I?m waiting still in line. I would avoid this location and just drive to the next closest bk. Update:It took 53 minutes for my food and two cars waiting behind me ended up leaving but to there credit the food was hot anddelicious hence the 2 stars Read more

Disgusting hamburger was dripping in mayo plus ice cofffee taste like just milk. Never will I go there again. Plus forgot few... items had to go back plus the truck in front of us turned around to go back as they obviously got his order wrong as well. Vontae was working the drive-thru tonight and did AMAZING! He was able to answer all questions and make sure our meal (2 for... $10) was exactly how we wanted it to be. He was very sweet to tell us to be careful with the lids to our sodas, something nodrive-thru employee has ever done for me which would result in spilled drinks. He also remembered without us having to remindhim what sauces we wanted before he handed us our meals. He was super nice, quick, and helpful. I haven't had an employee at adrive-thru treat me so well, possibly ever! The food was DELICIOUS as well, thank you so much Vontae for a great drive-thruexperience, and for the great food!! 10/10 recommend this location and employee! Read more

I?m giving this place 1 star because the manager wanted the cashier to charge me .50 cents extra to add whipped cream for each... shake. So another $2. I have never heard of Burger King charging extra for whip cream when the picture on the mean has whippedcream shown on the shake. Kind of disappointing Read more

I was picking up food for my sick mom who?s at the hospital nearby. When I got to her room the burgers were completely... overcooked look like they had been sitting for hours. The food was completely on eatable and I just simply threw it away. Iwould highly advise against getting any food at this place until the management is improved. Because if people are properlytrained there?s no way food will be able to go out the door like this. I would also recommend a health inspection. Read more
