So apparently 3 is a very big number? We ordered on the app, and pulled up to the drive thru speaker and heard ?OOHHH, that?s a... huge order! Guys we need 2 rodeos NOW!? We were told to go to the window, get our drinks, park, and then wait for our food. Wegot our food at a decent time, but we felt like a huge inconvenience to those people working. My drink was not filled all theway (about 1.5 inches to the top) which wasn?t too bad, but again, we were overwhelming the staff at 12:30 with 3 burgermeals? If you plan to get more than 3 meals, maybe go to the McDonalds across the street? Read more

This is the worst burger king, I ordered through the mobile app, gave them time to prepare my order, & I still waited 30 minutes... at the drive thru, then they had us pull forward, the order was still not ready, we waited 5 more minutes until we went insidethen they finally had the order ready but they closed the bag with stickers because they didn't want us to see the wrong itemsinside, we went back inside again, the manager rolled her eyes at us & said she put the items in the bag based off what thereceipt said, then the cashier told the cooks the item we were missing, the cooks made a comment saying they're not gong to makeour food. That's not the way to do business, if the employees are going to be lazy, then why even work there, definitely notcoming back. The cashier was the only one who assisted us, very professional. Nice staff, but c'mon, man! Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and specifically asked for no cheese.... got cheese on every last one... of them. Also, ordered hash browns... those somehow never got in the bag. Disappointed to say the least...... Read more

If I could place a negative star I would. I went to get food at this location at 8:30 pm and all of their lights were on but... nobody came to the drive-thru speaker and I waited there for 5 minutes. I tried to call the number on Google while at thespeaker and I got a disconnected signal. Then I drove up to the window and I tried calling the number that's on the window formanagement, it's Laird management. I got a phone tree and then it hung up on me so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Theirhours posted say that they are open until 10:00 p.m. Yet there seems to be nobody in the building. If you don't have the staffto cover, that's fine, it happens. However, turn your lights off and put a note up so that people know and aren't wasting theirtime on you. They made me wait for my food for 40 minutes and I had to bring it back twice. I simply ordered eight cheese sticks, and one... order at eight piece nuggets neither could get right. Always impressed with the staff here they work well together and provide great customer service. This is my first #impossible... #whopper it was okay added a few onion rings to help it along lol... But over all #worthit Im full. And it's the#keepitrealmeals for me. Read more

Forgot the cream for my coffee today, whatever. Usually I go to the McDonalds across the street but I had a coupon so I stopped... in here. Not mad at my food but the service here is touch and go. Sometimes they?re rude, sometimes they?re nice. I really onlycare if my crossanwich is warm and my coffee is fresh. Or, that they gave me enough sauce for my chicken fries. Again, Iusually only come here if I have a coupon and I?m tight on cash. Read more

My GM bought me lunch today. She bought 2 order of funnel sticks. When I and my GM tired it for the first time. We had this... burning and itchy sensation in our throat. We noticed it had black little flakes. It look like pepper. I call the store I askedto speak with the GM because she did not know what to say or even cared. She said she he was not there and he will not be thereanytime soon. Her name is Tanisha assistant manager on duty. Worst customer service I had. She didn't care at all.
