Truthfully, my rating remains the same. The employees here are a little disrespectful. My fiance and I are disabled. The... workers on afternoon shift often don't get our orders right, and are a bit rude. The worst customer service ever. Food was disgusting. It?s like they don?t even care what produce they are producing. No napkins... as well. Thank you for such a horrible experience. Very unprofessional. I was here picking up 2 Uber eats orders and got there 30 mins before they close and the person working the... drive thru was purposely hiding and did not provide any type of service for anyone waiting in line. This place sucks. I work at an Einsteins and we never ask if YOU checked the receipt. The greeter didnt read our order back and... when I called not wanting to go back, I told her the greater needs to repeat the order and the manager told me it was our faultfor not checking. I wasnt extremely angry till she said that. Then she said I had a bad attitude and told me she had a way ofdoing things.
