I have been to this burger king three times, and everytime I have been there (in the mornings) the manager there is alway's... putting her employees down, insulting them, disrespectful to them, and belittling them. Forgot my cheese on my double whopper and they charge 11 cents for ranch even though you order something that was supposed to go... with it. they don?t answer the phone when you call. How hard is it to forget cheese! This was at 2pm Night crew is better. Read more

I placed a doordash order tonight and regretably ended up with a bad driver that was over 20 minutes late and ignored my call. I... went to this location because its where my order was processed and the staff was super nice! They listened to what happened andoffered to remake my order for me. They were apologetic even tho it wasnt their fault and had my food remade for me super fast.Thank you so much for making this better and the food was great. Read more

I am no longer going to the location on southern and Gilbert. I have tried a couple times because I figure they are still open,... so maybe they fixed their problems. I was wrong, I have never had an order correct when I go here, half my food looks like itwas smashed, the other half I actually get tastes old. The fries are rarely warm or salted. The nuggets usually are rubbery andthey have those hard pieces that are like chewing on plastic a lot of the time. I'm done trying to think this location is goingto get it together. Read more
This location has been renovated more recently and is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have seen. Although the food was good,... the customer service was awesome. Kudos to Shane and his sense of humor. We asked for water cups, expected to get empty watercups, but they were given to us pre-filled, with lids on them. Nice touch. Great place to get a bite while the car is beingworked on at Discount Tire in the same parking lot. Read more
Supposed to get a free whopper I was on drive thru spent about 12 already. Girl said come in after filling out the survey online... then when my grandson went into show them and get the free Whopper they made him spend another $6 in order to get a free Whopperthat was a big con rip off and I did not appreciate that why lie Read more
