Manager here is horrible! I was there eating and witnessed him being very rude to an elderly lady. Another person stood up to... him and he was giving him attitude. Then blamed it on the customer. Extremely rude service. One of the employees decided to mock me we're not wanting to spend more money because the prices on the... menu weren't correct. I asked him why the price didn't match what was on the menu which he explained the menu wasn't correct. Heasked if I still wanted the food and I told him no. Simple enough. I would have just walked away except he then decided to shout"whatever" and right to my face and to the other employees started mocking me for not wanting to pay more. Read more
I went to this location 7/17/22 to order food for my family. The manager was giving me attitude and being disrespectful as well... for no reason that I knew of. I asked him to fix a drink that they messed up in the beginning and I got instant attitude. Tomake things worse he decided to yell out in the lobby "you're going to complain now?" Up to that point I didn't say a word tohim about how he acted or anything else. The manager tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong because I was being rude tohim but couldn't tell me how. I asked for their name and they refused to give it to me and proceeded to bad mouth me to othercustomers as I waited for a drink that was paid for but he refused to give my child. As long as that employee works there I willnever be back to eat there and will not recommend it to anyone. Read more
Awful. Just awful. The native American guy with gold bleached hear was very rude and disrespectful. I've never had that kind of... service before and I didn't deserve that. I asked for the manager and he was the manager. I couldn't believe it. I don't trustthem with my food and they should fire him. He doesn't like being there and acts like a Queen go for it but don't work. Learnhow to be civilized first before you act like a sassy rude boy. Read more
This is without doubt the worst Burger King in the country! I've never had such terrible service in any restaurant. I ordered... one of the new melts, waited 15 minutes, it was not the one I ordered and the sour dough bread was not toasted and the pattieswere not warm enoughto melt the cheese. Then the next one was the same. Mean while the place was in chaos with other order's,including the drive through, being wrong. I ask for my money-back and the pig of a so called manager refused. The staff had noidea what to do. Finally after not moving from the cash register, one of the employees brought a property cook sandwich out tome..WRONG ONE AGAIN! so I figured I just eat it and report the horrible service to BK headquarters. NO stars would be better. I have also called this location to report my concerns however there is No answer. I tried to give... them a chance to fix this concern. I was here around 1830 October 10, 2021. I request two whopper meals both with cheese. Meal1. made their way small size. Meal 2. no pickles-no salt on the fries-drink with no ice, and 4piece mozzarella sticks. Come timeto pay had to repeat my entire order. Received my drinks and paid than asked to pull forward. I am now the fourth car in thislovely line. Some how I get my food before the other three cars and knew it would be wrong. Yea I checked as I can smell themozzarella sticks smell burnt yet seemed okay. Once home I have a better view. No cheese on one whopper, big pieces of onions,fries full of salt(written no salt) and broke up. Lastly the food is cold. This is a new location and was my first and last timevisiting. I realize there is a labor shortage however it is time to think proactively as the gentleman taking the orders,taking pay & was also the runner. Usually the chicken junior is better, but varies in each location. These two were average, both a bit greasy. Only $1 each now.
BURGER KING inside of WALMART If I could give it a zero, I would. The service here is terrible. The employees give you the... attitude that you are bothering them and don't want to help you. You can practically see them trying to figure out how earlythey can get away with closing. There was also a BUG in my water. Gross! Don't eat here. Read more
