The worst fast food experience I've ever had. The guy at the drive through needed a new head set and asked us to pull forward.... We waited patiently for our turn since there was someone in front of us. Only to pull up and be ignored because he was takingthe orders of the 3 people who were behind us. We waited 5 full minuets for this man to acknowledge us. Never did. Justcontinued taking and packing the people behind us orders. I will never return to this location. Read more
Mia, Carlos, and Tyler are the real mvp. (Sorry if i spelt anyone's name wrong) I've been coming here for lunch for a few years... now and these 3 have been nothing but exceptional. Highly praise their attentiveness, customer service, and overall goodcharacter. They are absolutely a role model on how it's done. I want to thank the 3 of them for helping me out and proving thatthere's still a sense of humanity left in the world. I hope management sees this Comment and rewards these 3 for going above andbeyond. Highly recommend this store for your next burger King experience. Normally this location is pretty good but whoever works closing shift now just doesn't care. Stopped by for onion rings for my... brother and a shake for me and surprise surprise the shake machine was broken, so I just ordered the onion rings only for themto be room temp. The least they could've done is toss them in the fryer for a minute so they're not ice cold. Read more
I assume the ownership doesn't read the reviews as the service is still horrible. I was told they wouldn't make my order cause... it was to big. 5 family bundles and thet had the food just didn't want to make. Guess the owners are not into making money. The employees here dont really care about customers. I waited at the register for 7 minutes while an employee stood there. She... acknowledged me and then just stood there. The machine was out of ice. I asked for some and got 8 cubes of ice in a large cup. Ihope that things change here at $15 for a whopper combo...... Burger King better step up its game. On 8/11 I had ordered 2 whopper meals, 1 jr. Whopper meal, and 3 double cheese burgers. This is the beginning of our problems.... 1. Way to much ingredients in the burgers, which became messy and tasted disgusting. 2. All the Burgers felt cold and underprepared. 3. All the fries tasted a day or two old, threw them away. 4. The cashier, was rude to say the least, veryargumentative, was being aggressive towards my wife, did not seem to enjoy making more than above average pay for work, serviceunderwhelmed, and it showed through the quality of the food. This has not been the only time this has happened and I am tired ofalways expecting this location to get any better. For the price of all that I had ordered, I?d say this was the worst experienceof any BK I?ve been to and I?d suggest for anyone to be cautious coming to this location any time soon or unless managementdecides to do something about this. Worst place i have ever visited. Staff is nowhere to be found when entering. Other customers saying," hello! Is anyone... here?" Staff member was rude and had hickeys all over his neck, which was very disgusting looking. Left without ordering thisnasty food. I don't wish this craphole on anyone!
