Limited items for vegetarians. But I liked the items which are available. A bit pricy, can give it a try. Staff are so good.
On July 26/2022 I went there with my family to have nice dinner all together but we had the worst experience ever!! At first I... asked a lady name ?NORA?we would love to be seated on the booth but she said it?s not possible because once we sit on theregular table which is already sanitized and cleaned we can NOT change our seat and they don?t have any free booths anyway! Itold her but there are 4 booths free and just needed to be cleaned up but her answer was: It?s not my job to clean up the tablesand I don?t know how long it?s going to take for the booths to be ready!! I called the manager and explained everything to herand she was very surprised the way we were treated but she helped us quickly and finally we could be seated on a booth! But thenwe ordered our appetizer which was very tasty, my husband and I got our food but my son had to wait 15 minutes to get his food!At the time my son got his dinner our was already cold! My son ordered another drink and we waited another 15 minutes and whenwe asked the server about the drink she said she hasn?t put it in yet!!! And that was it for us! We paid and left therestaurant! The way we were treated was extremely bad, I?m not sure what the problem was but I felt like maybe because we arenot Americans or just the service was bad! Really sloppy food service when we took our 16 year old son for his birthday dinner. Items were brought out far apart from each... other's orders putting some eating and some waiting for the food.. Went on 6/27/22 (1-2pm)for lunch. Service was top notch from beginning to end. Was greeted at the door with the friendliest... hostess I've come across! That smile and attitude displayed was exceptional. First impressions are a must in this industry, and BWW's delivered throughout our entire visit. We will absolutely come back! Food was delivered quick and hot, and theservers attentiveness to our table was prefect. Thank you for the experience! I hope that these 2 employees hear this review, I'm a firm believer that staff should always hear feedback, but I'm willing to bet that even if they don't.... they willcontinue to provide top notch service as it seemed to come naturally from these two particular employees! Kitchen is run by a bunch of high schoolers who do not care about food quality at all. Ordered 10 wings, all flats. They brought... drums, it literally said flats on the basket of wings they served me. Asked for flats again and they served me with broken inhalf flats, which could cut my mouth not to mention were completely unappetizing.
