First time here with the Family night and it was fun. Food was good service was nice. We had fun definitely doing it again. The... reason for the 4 stars is my server, wanted me to cash out with her because shift was ending, so closed my tab, gave her cash,and i NEVER got my change back. I saw clock out pass by me and left. Now i was hoping she came back with my small change so ican give her a nice tip, but she decided to keep my change. Dont get me wrong service was great. Read more
Walked in and then walked out almost instantly. There was an unbearable smell the moment we entered the building. The "vibe"... felt pretty bland as well. Hard to really describe, but let's just say my guy and I went to another location. I will maybe giveit another try in the distant future. Read more

Not too busy but this place could use some major upgrades. Overall we always have fun here.
The staff was nice. My first time to this location. Food and drink options were great. Kiddos had a great time. Giving less... stars because during our two-hour visit, the bowling ball return got stuck at least 6 times and pinsetter got stuck at least 4times. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to pause our game. Hopefully they get fixed and next customers can enjoytheir games. Read more
Had a good time. However it was over $100 for 3 ppl we had 1 order of french fries $7 & 1 order of a dozen wings Buffalo for $13... was so hot we couldn't eat them and ended up taking them back but they were out of ranch and blue cheese but offered us mayo fordipping yuck. We each had 1 cocktail they were $11 each and bowling was $20 per person so it adds up quickly for just a couplehours of fun. Staff at the counter were very nice. The waitress was super unattentive. After being there for over an hour I had to go ask for... drinks that we'd already paid for and they tried to charge me for them again. My mom had the same experience, she actually didpay again for her already paid for beverage just because she didn't want to "cause trouble." All the food was burnt. My sisterordered the catering service for my niece's birthday party. The chicken was dried out all the way through almost every piece,the pizza was cold and appeared old and the crust was unedible because it was hard as a rock, and the fries were so crispy theyno longer tasted like potato. On top of losing the reservation even though it was paid for which we provided proof of to themanager, the space they created for us was extremely tiny for the quantity of people in attendance. After the party, my kids andI stayed for the arcade section, which is decent, however many of the dual-seating arcade games to battle an opponent always hada broken seat that was unadjustable much to my daughter's dismay. At other bowling places I've been to in the past, you couldset up bumpers per player in the lanes, so when it was a child's turn the bumpers would come on and when it was an adult's turnthey auto turned off if they were set to do so. But here, it's on for everyone or off for everyone, there's no individual playersettings, so, either the children or the adults had to sacrifice the way they preferred to play for the sake of the other group.The price was also terrible, and we won't be going back.
