University and Greenfield location really needs improvement! Never have fresh coffee wierd procedure when you order empty coffee... cups get taken to the back of the store for more then 10 minutes every time and come back boiling or cold Odd tasting.As well asa rude ,unfriendly staff acts like your bothering them after waiting 10-15 minutes in a empty lobby I say hello .Staff hasfilthy street clothes on and greasy hair ,nails filthy metal hanging from every oriface.Very bad hygiene! Other than one specific employee, the rest of the staff is always extremely rude whenever my family and I have visited this... specific location. They always seem to be so bothered by the fact that they have to do actual work. Not to mention, they alwaysseem to get something in our orders wrong and cheat us out on our drinks. If we ask for light ice, they'll either add extra iceso that there's barely any of the actual drink served, or they will add light ice, but add the drink to just about 1-inch belowthe rim of the cup. Also, they always seem to be out of their most popular products (iced thai tea, boba, donuts) and are sorude when we inquire about when the products will be available again. This location does not make any of their products in-storethemselves, a different store will make all of the products and deliver it to them daily before opening. Every customer shouldkeep that in mind, so that you can call beforehand to see if they have any baked goods available or if they have any drinks,smoothies, or boba available. The only reason my family and I try to come to this specific location is because it's the nearestlocation to us before having to head to the next nearest location that is quite a bit further away from us. First .. I usually LOVE THIS PLACE. The one we usually go too is on Main St and Stapley. This is A Newer store on University so... we tried it since we now live closer to this store well? a little on the slow side this morning??! We had a car in front of ushe ordered a shake. As we watched .. for five min in front of us as we waited ..thinking maybe he couldn?t decide!?? .. We getup to order and she asks us to ?hold please? so something to do with what was going on inside the restaurant. The ?Apple fritteris smaller then the donut .. Now their donuts are amazing, no problems there at all whatsoever. But very disappointed this morning of the breakfast... sandwiches. Last week I purchased two three meet croissant sandwiches and they were literally the best sandwiches my mother andI ever ate. We go there this morning order the same sandwiches and something's completely different the sausage taste disgustingand undercooked, we had to throw them away! First off this location is so irritating, every time I go here the employees have horrible attitudes. I went tonight and ordered... 2 triple chocolate cake donuts, then the girl had a bad attitude and then had the nerve to hand me the wrong thing, which wasnot what I asked for. Of course I didn?t notice until I woke up for work at 12 am to enjoy the donuts with my coffee since Iwork overnights and boom wrong donuts and bad service. I come here to this location often so it?s time I left a review. LuckilyI like the actual donuts or I?d never come here because the service alone is not good. These donuts are way better than someplaces but I?d choose the worst place over this if the service was better than the people that work here. Smhh Read more
Bosa?s is consistently the best donut in Arizona. The quality of service can vary but this location sure has stepped up since it... opened recently. A few months ago they were really slow but today it took us just a few minutes to order and be on our way. Read more
Service is Wonderful, Friendly employees behind the cash register and in the back where the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are... made, along with many of their, smoothies, cappuccino, coffee, and other beverages on the menu, donuts always seem to taste sofresh, being on a low carb diet (well it doesn't help me much) the donuts are so irresistible, well i have probably said enough Thank You Bosa Donuts Read more
