I go to Bosa every now and then. The times I have been, associates were nice, a language barrier sometimes, but, no big deal.... The tuna on croissant is the best I've had. The company I work for utilizes Bosa for donuts and coffee, we have not ever had anissue with them. I will keep going to this location. Read more

Very Chilled Atmosphere . We walked in and I was able to take our time to look over menu. All welcomed to enjoy. I tried their... seasonal Pumpkin Spice Donut and a ice blended Mocha Drink . My youngest had a BlueBerry Snow Cone . We sat down and enjoyed ourtreats . I also left business card if needed Read more

These stars make me sad. I love this Bosa, we come here all the time. Usually the service is pretty great, family friendly for... sure. But what I have noticed is when you go through the drive through you have to reiterate your order multiple times. Thislooks like a mom and pop shop and it does well so it does not surprise me they are busy. Mind you, we have told the person twicewhat we wanted at the speaker and we confirmed again at the window to be sure. When I mentioned the total was wrong (it wasshort) then i mentioned I think we missed something. The guy working cashier in drive through gets frustrated and startsthrowing literal attitude. When I mention that I don?t agree with how I?m being treated he becomes more rude. I went inside andmentioned it to the nice girl up front. Explaining the interaction was terrible customer service. She was very sweet and I felttook the time to hear me, which I appreciate. She is the reason for three stars. The gentleman working window this morningthough, I do hope your day gets better. Please stop taking your frustrations out on paying customers. And don?t get frustratedwhen I have communicated my order 3 times and it was still wrong. You had to run my card twice. And the whole interaction wasvery upsetting this early. EDIT: We got home and the sandwiches weren?t even right. Read more

Bosa has hands down the best donuts in Arizona. They are absolutely delicious. On top of that, their blended thai tea is to die... for. This location is open 24/7 and its been my go to after a late night with friends for years. Read more

Mixed experiences.. today I ordered an iced coffee and it was full of coffee grounds and tasted like it was brewed hot which... changes the flavor. I dumped it out when I got to work because I had a mouth full of coffee grounds. The muffin was perfectthough and I've had better drinks in the past. Won't go here for coffee anymore though. I?m a fan of Bosa, but this store is a disappointment every time. Very minimal options, never taste fresh and nothing better... then selecting donuts as flies are jumping from donut to donut. Employees aren?t very outgoing either. This store makes mesecond guess Bosa Donuts!! What time do they even bake donuts for the day. I work 3rd shift and been there 3,4,5am and seemslike they are a day or two old!! Read more

If you are black, I would NOT visit this location or the location on southern. Very rude to people of color. Spent over $200 at... this particular restaurant over the course of 2 months while on vacation in Mesa from Atlanta. Each time I had an encounter withthis particular lady, she was so rude I was afraid to have her remake my drink. I went to the location on southern and the younggirl tried to charge me $7.75 for a large Thai tea with boba.. I buy this drink everyday with a glaze donut for about $7.50 forboth. When I asked about the price she told me the price JUST went up when I got there. This was after a terrible interactionwith the lady on country club road, so I just went to another boba place that wasn?t Bosa and they were very kind. Black peoplego ANYWHERE but here they will treat you terribly and don?t deserve your hard earned money at all!! Very rude WOULD NOTRECOMMEND. Black owned beauty supple store is in the same plaza as this terrible restaurant though and they are amazing, veryuplifting, and kind :) enjoy Read more

Amazing fresh and delicious donuts, open 7 days 24 hours, never closed! Going back to try their wide range of fruit smoothies.
