I?m not sure if I have ever had better customer service when ordering from a quick-service type of place. The employees here... legitimately care about your answer to the question, ?how?s your day going??. I?ve been here 3 times in the last 24 hours,served by 3 different people and ALL 3 were engaging and genuinely awesome. Black Rock Coffee locations have all been nice and clean. They have treats that are pretty tasty. We tried the blueberry muffin... and I could eat 3 or 4 more! Delicious!! They have more than just coffee if your not into it. This location just happened tohave 6 dogs enjoying the place, I would say they are pet friendly. This one is smaller than most of the ones I have been to butthe service was great as usual. The only complaint was the dogs on the porch outside were not friendly and kept barking. Review written in real time...10/10/2019 @ 8:55 a.m.;the young lady working the front counter is very selective with her... customer service skills. Meaning that she is impatient, not very welcoming or informative...not to mention that I had to ask herif she wanted my number for my 'loyalty account', super impressed! I have came to this location only and referred several peopleto this place. However, I will never visit the 'open-air' patio area again, I will conduct my business through the drive-thru.This place is absolutely amazing the coffee tastes like Folgers smells.
