I have been missing Korean food, so we tried this the other night. We all really enjoyed the build your own bowl experience. I... liked that we could put as many different toppings as we wanted. My husband and I got the hot stone bowl while my kids shared aregular one. The hot bowls were really yummy but very big, so maybe next time we will share. I think Bibio has the mostflavorful food I have had in Gilbert so far! Read more
So good! Great flavor, amazing texture. Big portion. Don't be afraid to stop by and try! All the pickled add ons make the bowl... taste so good. Really recommend adding a fried egg on top. The sauces are not as spicy as you'd think. Read more

First time. Customer service on point! Food delicious. A bit expensive but what isn't these days. Ohh and the pineapple cream... soap. That sh1t smacks!!!!!!!! Only complaint floors need a deep cleaning. Floors are sticky and dirty!!!! Still get five stars.But someone come polish the floors lol! Read more
I?m very sad. I was super excited to try Bibio with my office. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:30 pm. I put the order... in around 11:30. I guess the website didn?t communicate properly to the restaurant. All of our food was super cold as if theymade the food directly after receiving the order. 2 of the 5 bowls we ordered had zero sauce as well. The fries were the worstbecause they were cold and soggy. We all had to microwave our meals. If I had known that the pickup time requested wouldn?t behonored I would have put in the order a lot later. The food was delicious which is why I put 2 stars instead of 1. Don?t orderonline. Super disappointed, I was very excited to find a Korean place near my home. I walk in and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone... came to the front. The restaurant was empty so there is no excuse for the delay. I asked for the exact same thing on both bowlsand was missing half the items on 1 of the bowls. The bowls were so light on sauce that the bowl flavor was bland. Thisrestaurant had a good product, but needs to actually try their bowls to understand what they are putting out. Read more
