Disappointed! I showed up with a family of 8 for a birthday. I've been going to BR for 40 years. Lady in back was rude, rushed... us, had a mean face on as if she was put out by our business. Served child sized scoops for big scoop prices. Terrible! Go to adifferent location. Corporate if you read this you need to check your operator. Update: after leaving my review I spoke with themanager. She was kind and responsive. She said she understood and would resolve the problem and that our next visit would bebetter. I've increased my review from one star to three stars for that. Read more
Great ice cream, awful experience. We arrived just in time to witness a customer yelling at the manager in the parking lot. Once... that situation was apparently resolved, the manager came into the store and said she was leaving for the night. However afterleaving, the manager came back into the store a short while later and began interrogating her two young employees about if theyhad rung up a particular customer once or twice (assumingly this questioning had to do with an entirely different situation andwas not related to what we had witnessed in the parking lot). Regardless of the reason why the manager was questioning theworkers (in an aggressive manner, I might add), it was not appropriate for her to do this in front of us customers. It made usfeel very uncomfortable and even embarrassed for the workers... since they were being openly reprimanded right in front of us.Shame on Baskin Robbins leadership team to allow this type of management at their locations. went in with my 5 year old granddaughter during covid. After I had placed an order for a cake and was waiting for it, The older... women who was working there was so rude to us that my granddaughter started to cry. What kind of a bully picks on kids. Sweet tooth attack! We love it when tmobile thursday gives us coupon to use for ice cream. There's no baskin robbins near us but... we make a trip whenever we have coupon. What makes this special? Nothing really, it's just like any regular ice cream place. Weusually stay with classic vanilla and chocolate even if there are 30 something flavors. Kids love the chocolate dipped waffle. Read more
Went for my daughters birthday. The ice cream is always awesome! In particular like the flavor of the month. Something new to... always try! Quality of the ice cream is worth the cost which is a little less than the boutique shops. Read more

Rude employees. The website says takeout...just last weekend we placed our order over the phone for pick up for a birthday, it... was no problem. Today for some reason it's too much work to do that. She literally put the phone down and asked her manager ifthey could take three orders. The manager said no. We will take our business elsewhere. Perhaps this is why the storestruggles... Read more
