Great Baskin Robbins, great friendly hardworking employees, clean, we enjoy our every visit but worry about their safety at... night when it looks like an unhealthy possible homeless person is in the store, stays to eat at a clean table and the girls are by themselves but are also courteous to that person at the same time not knowing what could happen. My wife went in to buy ice cream with our kids when our four year old daughter indicated that she badly needed to go to the... bathroom. We asked if she could use the restroom, but the staff were insistent that they were not allowed to give anyone accessto their restroom. We explained our daughter was four and was about to have an accident, but they simply responded that they didnot have a public restroom. We bought the ice cream anyway, but our daughter did indeed wet herself before we could even getback in the car. She was quite upset about having an accident and I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this BaskinRobbins store. Read more
