Need better quality control. This pizza should have never been handed to us. I have ordered Alot of pizza from here over the... past 20 years with very little complaints. But whomever took this out of the oven and attempted to cut it should not work inpizza. ..FOLLOW UP The owner of Barros pizza reached out apologized and replaced the pizza which came out much better. The pizza was good. The lunch specials were of value and I enjoyed the size of the salad that came with the meal I chose.... Service was quick and polite. Here I got two slices of Barro's specialty pizza, salad and drink but added another slice for$2.50? I think I actually liked the pepperoni pizza I got on a subsequent visit better. Read more
Pizza was not fully cooked and dough was still wet and soggy. I called back to this location to let them know and all they could... tell me was "ok" and "they will let their manager know...". They did not even offer me a partial refund or anything for sendingme home with something not very safe to eat. I did not feel like driving back to return the pizza, so I put it in my own oven tofinish cooking myself. I guess this is how this location's customer service works?? Read more
I got over charged on both my order and overcharged again adding 1 ranch. Also they forgot to bring me my slices when they came... out of the oven and when I asked for a ranch they forgot to bring me that as well. Took 40 min and 3 trips to the front tofinally get my order right. Didn?t even notice I was over charged until leaving. Definitely need to fix this. Unpleasantexperience with front of house. Wings used to be good, now they are not. Had to throw away an order of 24 wings because they were over cooked and tasted like... cardboard (see pics). Total waste on football night. Not to mention they were the size of pigeon wings. Pizza wasok...definitely not worth the 45 bucks we dropped there. Read more
I am a thin crust pizza person which I don't believe is an option here. But, that being said, they make a really good pizza. I... love customizing my pizza here including the sauce on it. I am not a fan of tomato based sauces (they don't agree with me) so Ilike that I have a choice here. Ingredients are fresh and nothing tastes canned or freezed dried (like mushrooms). Read more
