The ATL fries were good, everything else was terrible. The store wasn't busy and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. I... think there were only two people working during lunch. All of our wings were WAY overcooked and barely warm from sitting towait on the fries to finish cooking. I'm not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from, but I could get better wingsanywhere else. For a place with wings in the name, that's a huge problem. Read more

First let me say that the customer service was outstanding there was a young lady at the register and a tall thin gentleman that... came out front to help from the kitchen. Wonderful smiles very informative and so very friendly. I have never been to ATL Wings,not only was I so impressed by the customer service of these two young people the wings that she suggested were out of thisworld. Solid neighborhood wings place. I wasn't wowed but I did like the wings and fries. The biscuits were actually really good.

Ordered 10 boneless wings with honey mustard sauce online. Came to get my order and the wings smelled like bbq, so i looked and... tasted them. They were bbq, so i asked for different flavor and she said she would have to charge me extra, if i got 2 flavors.I just asked for garlic parmesan. These wings were super burnt and super tiny. Worst experience I've ever had... this is highway robbery... we ordered a 10 piece boneless and got the bottom of thr bag...... literally. Each piece is tinier than my pinky, it's disgusting to know a business that we love going to operates like this...easy to say I'll never be goimg back EVER. Food is great as all locations are. My only issue was when I tried calling in for a pick up order, no one answered the phone. I... called 3 separate times with time in between, same thing no one picked up. I attempted to do an online/pick up order, it said Icould not process this order for whatever reason. So I decided to drive in myself to place in order in person. When I got there,the place was empty and one person in line. I didn't see the reason why no one picked up the phone when I called. So I placed myorder and took a seat. No one was in line. I placed a call again to the front desk, the phone rang! And again no one picked itup. So if they start answering their phones for called in orders they might make some more money and get a 5 star from me Read more
