i order the salmon with the mashed potatoes and a salad my husband order the boneless wings. my salmon was good the mashed... potatoes were cold. his wigns were also good. i told the waiter about the potatoes when she finally showed back up at our table,she offered to get a new ones ,we were almost done with our meal. so will not be going back to this place soon. Our server Ava was excellent. Ava was attentive, kind, and coursed out our meals perfectly. My wife and I had the chocolate... meltdown cake first so we could enjoy dessert. It was recommended by our server and Ava was right; it's their best dessert. Weenjoyed the boneless wings app and I had the 8 oz sirloin as my entree. It has been awhile since I've visited Applebee's. The food quality has gone down tremendously. Only one variety of steak is... available. Dry Rubber Sirloin. The strawberry lemonade was doused with syrup and not mixed correctly. (Taste it and it'sprobably the same!) The mashed potatoes tasted horrible like an old cardboard box. Definitely not fresh. I loved their fajitaswhen they had it on their menu before. They need to bring that back to the choices. This was for Father's day and I wasdisappointed in the steak selection and the chicken tenders were oversalted. There was no love in the food that was served. Save your money and go to another restaurant. The server gave good attention however, it's not their fault for the taste offood and quality. Read more
I ordered a carside to go order. I arrived just before my given time. I tried using the link in the text i was sent but was... given an error message that my order was not found. After 6-7 min of waiting and messing with the link that didn't work, Icalled and told them I was there. I live less than 2 miles away. By the time I got home all orders of fries were cold and soggy,wonton tacos were soggy and all other entrees were room temp at best. I ordered the brew pub loaded waffle fries. What a joke.They were soggy and cold, the cheese and bacon was sparse and globbed in 1 spot and I never got the side of ranch it wassupposed to come with. The pics are of the soggy wonton taco bottom and the miniscule cheese and bacon on the "loaded" wafflefries. I have yet to have a decent meal ordering carside. Can I for dinner with my family, and it?s was slow! But it took 25 minutes for our food! But when I came it was COOL?? Why?? So... they took it back to recook and 20 minutes later? And instead of putting it on a clean plate they pit it back on my old plate?No presentation, very sloppy I?m so done!!! This is why it took us 5 years to come back! I've been here a couple of times and the service is great. I had a house salad today and some of the lettuce was a little... wilted. The top sirloin was okay- a little salty. And yes I understand it's not a steak joint. The dessert was great! Read more
This place is horrible!!!!! I would never return or recommend this place. The waitress could not get our order correct. She... attempted about 5 times and the drinks still never made it to the table. My son's kids meal was wrong when she brought his foodthe pizza had a roach on the bottom of it. The Manger only credit my son's food and my husband's and I didn't even eat our foodafter bring disgusted. We still paid the bill. The manager said it was a piece of the stove and crumbled the roach with hisfingers. It was so disgusting. Read more
