Chicken wing were Crispy like a potato chip. Waitress never checked on us not once we had to literally chase the chick down. We... asked for straws multiple times we never got them our daughter never got her drink til the end of the meal. We kept waiting forour waitress she never came back when she finally showed up so we could complain we was told the kitchen was close. I didn'teven eat and left hungry talked to the manager a black lady she even didn't apologize. Didn't seem like she cared at all. Thisis why I prefer high class places to eat these bottom feeders don't have any class very ghetto indeed. Would not even give it a one star. Absolutely the worse customer experience I?ve ever encountered. When we walked weren?t... greeted, when the hostess finally walked up and we asked for a high chair she responded with ?Do you even need one?? Thenproceeded to try to put all 7 of us in a booth. When we asked for a table she visibly got upset and complained that a serverwould be cut if she gave us a table. walked away. Came back and got us a table. When the waiter came to order they were out ofmultiple items, when asking what else they could do for the items he was getting annoyed. Everyone received their food exceptone guest, by the time he brought the last plate out everyone was done eating. When asked for refills on drinks they onlyrefilled one drink and had to ask again for more. When we were getting ready to leave one guest asked for a to go drink and herolled his eyes, scuffed and served 3 other tables before grabbing it. Will not be returning. Not family friendly. At first not impressed. Workers standing around talking. But it improved. Excellent waiter. Got sirloin steak with salad. All... good, but real homemade potatoes needed more seasonings, and broccoli also. Offered tea to go, nice since we had 2 hr ridehome. Read more
Service was great! I can't complain about my server or the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately the food just wasn't good.... We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a kids corn dog. This is the first time in my adult life I couldn't finish a burger. It tastelike it was cooked on a stove top that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. My daughters burger had so much grease we had touse a separate plate just to have some place to place it. We spent about 50 or so on food and appetizers and didn't finishanything. Arrived at 4:20 and place was pretty empty. Ordered by 4:30. 5:15 finally received our food. 4 other groups that arrived 10-15... after we ordered received there food while we continue to wait. Waitress stated they messed up one of orders. Apparently whilethey remade the messed up order the other 2 orders just sat under a heat lamp. Our two heat lamp meals were awful. I asked for mashed potatoes with my steak and got a small Alfredo with bacon cup. If I asked for mashed potatoes, I probably... wanted mashed potatoes. Unenjoyable and a disappointment of a meal. Sad day for me I guess. Thanks for a waste of money. Read more

Will not be going back. We hadn't been in many years but kept seeing things for their Bacardi bucket drinks, so we decided to... give them another try. Got seated and asked our waitress about the buckets, there are 3 different ones and we wanted to knowwhat was mixed into them. She didn't know and said she would ask the bartender. The waitress came back and said "they arebicardi with some flavors in it". That's it, no more explanation. I'm sorry, what?? Bacardi with some flavors- thanks so muchfor your amazing description. We ended up ordering 2 so we could try these elusive "flavors". They were not worth the $10 asthey were mostly ice and very little "flavors".
