I love Andy's and it pains me to have to rate this location as a 1 star but they are hiring too many incompetent employees. I've... noticed high turn around and it's starting to make sense. First time there tonight. It was okay. The girl up front was extremely sweet trying trying to be as helpful as possible. Did... have to wait a bit of time for my ice cream and reput in my order after she told the guy my order. he still ended up getting itwrong and I asked again for my Carmel. And he put about nothing on it. If you're going to charge a dollar for Carmel I'mexpecting you to put more than just a sprinkle of it. I'd ask for cherries and caramel. And the amount of cherries I got onthere to the amount of caramel I got was very disappointing. In the whole reason I really got it was because I wanted thecaramel. I feel like if you're going to charge more than 50 cents for something that cost $2 to buy you should put a little bitmore than a sprinkle on it you're making your money back. The girl up front was absolutely amazing kind friendly very personablevery sweet double checked because she knew I was waiting on my order and had to retell him my order. My only problem tonight iswith the guy in the back who jacked up on my order and didn't put it incorrectly and gave me literally no caramel. Read more
I noticed this place at night once when I was sick and went to the 24 hour CVS near it. Today after taking my mom to the doctor,... I asked her if she wanted to get frozen custard. It reminded me of a place she took me to as a kid in Michigan. We each got aconcrete mixer and we got a strawberry sundae for my dad. We all enjoyed it very much. I'm sure we will be back. Read more
Absolutely delicious, fast ordering, seating available on the side of the building, excellent drive-thru, I don't know if they... intended this or not but by the end of the day the seating on the side of the building is in the shade and it's cool out thereeven on a hot day. I ordered the Bootdaddy Concrete, it was delicious, it melts fast though because there's hot fudge in thereso if you order this make sure you live close or plan to stay and eat it right then and there in your car or sitting down ontheir benches.
