You can cut the tention with a knife!!! The staff spent the entire time I was in the building fighting... straight up fighting.... Not paying attention to the fact that people are waiting for for our in line to order, not paying attention to what they arecooking. As a result wrong sandwich was made, fries are burnt bc. While the manager tried to fix my sandwich, he did nothing tostop staff issues... Find a different location! Read more
My fiancé and I eat here a lot. My favorite thing is feeding the birds in the parking lot my French fries. It?s like dinner and... show ???? That?s not why I?m leaving this review tho. The guy at the first drive thru window (the manager said his name was K.T)K.T was absolutely a breath of fresh air and had such an amazing attitude and vibe. We need more people like that in thefood/hospitality/customer service industry. The manager told me to leave a survey review with my receipt but I already threw it???? so hopefully this gets back to y?all and he gets the recognition he deserves. Great job K.T! You're better off going somewhere else. It was very disorganized. They made my order wrong and when I tried to get them to... correct it the cashier claimed that I hadn't told her my specifications (despite 2 other customers confirming that I had). I waslectured before they finally remade it. They were out of some items, which I can only hope was some supply chain issue. They didnot inform anyone of what they were out of, though. The process took way too long, especially considering I just got a burgerand fries. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location but this interaction was the tipping point for me. When we walked in there were a few people standing at the front waiting for their food as a customer was complaining about the... service she received. Right after she left another customer came in and started complaining about their service. Both times theemployees were very rude but if 2 people are complaining back to back shouldn't that tell you something? The whole time this washappening we had been waiting at the front counter to order but the other workers just kept ignoring us. The cute curley-tail was the best part of this visit. Staff were overwhelmed and rude. We stood there for 15 minutes without... being addressed at all- there was some mumbling from staff about how we'd be better off in the drive through and even inferencethat we were dumb for not just going to the drive through. We ordered nuggets and two combo meals and did not receive our nuggets. I went into the building with the bag they handed us... through the window and the manager was very rude about it. I told her we did not receive our nuggets and she kept saying, ?Ifthey weren?t in the bag, you didn?t get them?. They eventually looked back through previous orders and found out I was rightabout ordering the nuggets. The manager then said, ?they?re just nuggets?. The nuggets alone were $10. They seemed to be short staffed and took quite a while quite to order. When we did order, the person on the register was new to... the position and took over 8 minutes to order two meals.
