We had just gotten back from a cruise and looked for a place to grab breakfast before hitting the road home. This place was... amazing on all levels. Such a friendly environment where the employees seemed to know most of the customers by name. I leftwishing I had a restaurant like this close to me! I will go back next time I'm in the area! Went here to try some place different for breakfast. It was a 20 min wait on a late Sunday morning my wife and I. Very friendly... service and it seemed like the locals knew everyone there. We tried some fairly traditional items being our first time. I hadover easy eggs with sausage links, bacon and ham (one of their combos) and it it came with choice of potatoes and either toastor a pancake. I had the pancake which was OK, a bit rubbery but tasted fine. Chef over beat the mix which is typical when goingout, but I enjoyed the flavor. My eggs where cooked perfectly. The meat was well done with some burnt grill edges. So thatdepends on your preference. I ordered the hash browns which gives you two triangles of potatoe, similar to the oval frozenMcDonald's type. Over all it was fine. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad. I was a bit upset they did not let me substituteanything such as my ham for extra bacon. "No substitutions allowed" we were clearly told. My wife got a vegetable omelet. It wasquite large with three eggs and loaded with veggies. But she disliked the canned mushrooms they used that were quite soggy andpale gray and the overall texture of the omelet was wet inside making it unappealing to her. Her home fried potatoes where goodand her upcharged (.50 extra) bagel was actually quite good and worth the extra to get it. The coffee was OK as well, nothingspecial and it was filled frequently which is always a plus for me. Overall we rated Cozy Corner OK based on the quality andquantity of food. Would I come back, maybe, but only to try other items on the menu. Maybe not go on a busy Sunday when onlyopen until 12:50 in the afternoon. Since my original review, I have been back several times and the place has grown on me. I doprefer the specials for a more home cooked and different taste than the usual menus items. Moving this rating up a star now. Myson actually prefers the flat chocolate ship pancakes and enjoys going here too. Read more

This place is slamming. Food is great, the staff are nice people. They know what they are doing and they do it right.

I Eat here every week! I'm from New York, home of the famous bacon egg n cheese on a roll, and this place has the closest to... home tasting I've found! Also Love their omelettes ! The family that runs it are lovely people. Great food and affordable! Read more

This place is a hidden gem. We stopped for breakfast here on our way to the Kennedy Space Center and our breakfast was... delicious. much better than any ihop or cracker barrel. It has been a local business for more than 20 years and I could seethat the staff that works there is excellent. Our waitress Nancy treated us wonderfully. Thank you Nancy. Very friendly staff. Expect a small wait. The food was ok. I had biscuits and gravy and my biscuit was definitely on the side... of over baked. The service seemed to be quick around us but ours was extremely slow. The food was hot when we got it, so itwasnt like our food had just been sitting around. I would go back and give it another try.
