All good !!! Clean store. Plenty of stocked friendly employees to prepare the orders and push them out in a timely fashion. The... store was pretty busy drive thru was pretty packed I'm talking a real long drive thru line. Inside was to but it went fast.And the chicken sandwich was o so awesome was fresh, juicy, tender some good bread blanketed it ( my chicken all white meatjuicy breast). Was my 2nd time there. I am editing my review from 3 years ago. This location is still better than the 2 in Viera as far as customer service goes but... its gone down hill in the past year. When will I learn that by ordering and paying for a large fry that I'm really getting amedium......I live down the street and have visited often over the past few years, its convenient for quick stops most of thetime but they have been getting orders wrong or shorting me and my husband on food for months now, fries are under cooked,biscuits are overcooked, and the drive thru and dining room are always a mess. What a lovely place to have a meal. This restaurant is located on the south side of US 520 (East Merritt Island Causeway). It is... a stand-alone building in front (north side) of the Merritt Island Mall. Since it is in the middle of the mall parking lot,there is a lot of parking around it. This chain traces its roots back to Hapeville, Georgia in 1946 and has since grown to over2500 stores worldwide. This store is nicer than most I have visited. It has indoor and outdoor dining and a drive-through line.I have done the drive-through many times but decided to dine in this time. I am glad I did. The inside is very tastefullyappointed with a mix of seating options for large or small groups from short to tall, from booths to short and long tables. Thetables and floor all appeared clean and well-kept. You order at the counter and can pay with your app, card, or cash. The staffthat took my order was very polite, professional, and friendly. The prices were reasonable. They gave me my drinks and a markerbefore I left the counter. I chose my seat and they brought my fresh food. It was hot and delicious. I had hash browns and abiscuit. Both were excellent. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a good meal in the area. Enjoy. Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered two 10 count chicken minis. This is what I got. I know sometimes they can fall out of... the bread but this is not that! This is disgusting, I literally threw it away because it looks like someone crumbled it withtheir hands. I called the store and spoke with a manager Ned Alex who didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all she said if Iwanted a refund ($27) I have to bring the food back, which is also why im posting the photo of the minis in my trash can! I knowthis isn't how most chick fil a's do things, I guess this one is different! I wil be calling corporate as well, just for thelack of being able to deal with this situation properly. Read more
Usually a great experience. Today? No. Nearly $6 for a small cup of soup, I didn?t even get the tortilla strips that go with it.... Then about half of my sauce is missing. Sandwich bread looks like it was punched before assembled into a sandwich. My fries werenearly half empty. I hate complaining and I?m usually really patient and polite. But to spend over $30 and almost my whole orderbe messed up, Is just wrong. Read more
