The cashier could care less that I was a paying customer. The manager was great in resolving issues she created. The food... didn't look or taste fresh. Hopefully this was a one time event. Read more

I enjoy Arby's once in a while. The Titusville location always gets it right. Unfortunately this location in Merrit Island has... messed up my Smoked Brisket meal more then once. I've had to have it fixed a few times to where I'm probably not going back.The manager was always helpful but the sandwiches are getting made bare minimum with little meat but lots of toppings. Not surewhy but I'm not paying for toppings. If the picture shows meat but what I get doesn't, then that's a Corp problem and theprices need to reduce or something needs to change. Smoked brisket has probably 3 layers meat, the fried onion topping, BBQsauce and cheese. You're lucky if you get half that. Read more

Submitted 2 separate online orders, at lunch time, to be picked up. One from Wendy's and one from Arby's. The Wendy's order was... absolutely perfect. The Arby's order was a different story. Bad enough to cross them off my list as a viable fast-food option.This was not the first time that they accepted my order but when I went to pick it up, they were unable to deliver requestedproduct. The first time, a month or so ago, was a 2 for $6 order including fish sandwiches. Nope, "fish is seasonal, we don'thave them anymore". Today, Roasted chicken salad. Nope, "we don't have salads anymore". Also large shakes. Nope, "no largecups". Receipt that accompanied remaining order did not reflect changes. I don't have time for any business that uses the words"we don't have" first. Read more
