Wednesday 7pm & I can't even make an order cuz your store is closed even tho Google says open. How about you let your customers... know if the store I closing early rather than just closing whenever you want!! Read more
Their pizza is always top notch, as is their in-person service, but I'm giving them 2 stars because it is -15°c outside, I was... just outside for less than two mins and my hands physically hurt it was so cold. My son & I were having a late dinner. He askedfor Panago, the only pizza we order in Merritt, I called to be told the store wasn't offering delivery. I don't have a vehicle,as I mentioned at the beginning of the call.. There is Covid right now as well, and I don't think it's appropriate to be askedto walk across town with, or without my son, to go buy our dinner. I planned to make it as simple, and safe as possible byordering delivery; and using my debit to pay, or phone to pay. Not acceptable. It's winter. This is a small town, and it's nothard to deliver. They already refuse to deliver to the Lower Nicola area around here, at least anytime I've called. That's notgood service.
