I love sweet and sour sauce with my fries! Ordered some, they charge 0.60$ each, pull away... None in the bag. Several times in... a row.... Very disappointing, especially if you're going to charge me for it! Read more
Stopped at this Mcdonalds location on my drive home from Vancouver. they were extremely busy and running short on some menu... items, despite this the staff were working extremely quickly to get everyone served and were helpful with offering substitutionswhere items were unavailable. This was the worst Mcdonald experience, I've ever had in my lifetime. The restaurant location was really dirty, the tables were... very unsanitary, not sure how they're still operating. The order screen was not working. It looks like their front staff had noidea what they're doing. I ordered a couple meals and they took a while to get things out. I noticed they were prioritizingdrive thru orders over counter orders and that they left out our food on the chute for a while. It took about 10 minutes forthem to get the food out. They forgot our drink cups, I reminded them about it and they didn't have any drink cups on hand. Theketchup dispenser was broken. I would not reccomend this location. Read more
This place is a disaster and needs some proper management. 1. Bugs hanging out all over the place, had to toss out a few... grasshoppers 2. Machine to self order isn?t printing receipts, no number given, yet they still Yell numbers and expect you tomagically know yours 3. Line to AC vent overhead was producing major condensation, dripping to the floor right where you pick upyour meal (slip hazard, and food contamination hazard), while staff just stare at it and do nothing 4. No napkins given in thebag with the meal 5. Ketchup packs covered in syrup 6. Massive wait time (though it was during a rush hour time, 1:30pm, thoughit seems like all hours are rush hour there. 7. Garbage cans everywhere, indoor and out overflowing 8. Bathrooms dirty 9. Youngkid working counter not knowing what?s going on. Read more
Won't be back, orderd to eat in the truck outside. Had to go back in 3 times. Once for cold coffee, once for sause for nuggets,... and then once the nuggest them self! The burger I orderd with no ketchup and got plain, but i ate it anyways. Was frustratingbut it was the most busy part of the day. Not the end of the world considering I did not leave the parking lot. There waspretty young man with freckles running the till, his manager was quick to jump in and fix the problems 4 times over while heproceeded to roll his eyes behind her. after I was standing infront of the clear door they use to enter and exit the kitchen andI could hear him bad mouthing me to another employee. (the other young employee had only asked what had happend he did notengage in any bad mouthing) The first two mistakes I thought whatever he's young he will learn. But his lack of respect and thefact he proceded to bad mouth me behind the door when he thought I could not hear him was uncalled for. major lack ofcommunication skills and ability to work with public. We had coupons for free coffees and the young man at the till was unsure how to enter them. He quickly took our order to ensure... speediness (I missed his name, unfortunately, because he was lovely) and called the manager over. Riley came to enter thecoupons quickly. He was also lovely. Considering how insanely busy this McDonald?s is, they both kept their cool and handledeverything beautifully!! Went through the drive through for my McCafe which is the best ???? tastings coffee around. Then I noticed the new ???? burger... on the menu Carolina Quarter pounder BBQ. Gotta try it ???? yummy!! Read more
