This is one of the better locations around. Unfortunately, society has changed a lot and customer service is nearly extinct. If... I have to stop for coffee this is the preferred spot. Read more

Fast service. Fresh snacks. Good location for getting in and out quickly. I wish they were all like this one. Still good after... all this time. Read more

Employees put ingredients in coffee but couldn't be bothered to mix it. Flavoring still at the bottom, coffee sitting on that... with cream on top of that. Gotta love finishing other people's job. Read more

Lobby was rude and insulting this morning hanging hand written signs but not locking doors and then loudly complaining and... making more signs after saying ? I guess I need to put signs where adults can read them? if owner wants Lobby closed then thereshould be locked doors and a set of hours. the signs were on the windows not door stating lobby closed for an hour. no time, nothing and written in pen on printer paper did not see signs until I left only because of all the complaining from the lobby register. Apparently she had been there since 4 am and wanted a break in the middle of morning rush with a full drive through. Iwent in because order was large and thought that it was to much for drive thru and was already busy did not want to hold uphonestly thought they would appreciate the fact that I was thinking of them so I thought Read more

Love everything else about Dunks (I mostly get the drinks tho). So, seven times out of ten I get my order the way I ordered it,... or mostly correct... or not wrong enough that I feel like it's worth mentioning it. That said, I don't really have an issue persay, other than to relate my experience trying to order the iced matcha latte at the Milford Rd. store in Merrimack. I order thelarge, and always ask for "half the ice" because otherwise they put so much in that I can barely poke the straw thru the lid.For $5.50 or so a whack, I don't feel that the ratio of 90% ice 10% matcha latte is fair. Now, I'm only commenting because thisis a umpteenth-strikes situation, and the pics can attest to my frustration. So much ice! Why? is there another way I can sayit? Half ice, only use half the ice, just fill the ice 1/3 of the way up the cup?... I've tried them all. Oh well. Maybe this isa sign that I should be making my own darn matcha lattes. :-) Read more

Stopped in for iced coffees and 2 egg & cheese wraps this afternoon. The messed up the order and forgot one of our wraps but... when we brought it up they corrected it. When we got out to the car and had a chance to eat them after driving down the roadthis is what I saw... ??????????? Someone on line prep should be wearing two gloves and not try to work with one hand only aswe observed. Her skills are definitely lacking. Read more

I've been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts once I discovered it had the best iced dark roast in town. While it's a... training store, and sometimes the service can be a little inconsistent due to the newness of the employees, the folks here arevery focused on customer satisfaction and making sure everything is right before you walk out the door. Sometimes a slowerstore, like this one, will give you better service and I find this to be the case. I'm officially addicted to the cinnamon bun.Hopefully it's not a limited-time item. Actually, I hope it is because I'm going to gain a lot of weight :) Read more
