Very horrible service, There?s always kids working, which isn?t a bad thing they just need some respect , I told him three times... I needed cheese sauce and my sister said it once but he continued to ask what sauce and finally another time I went there thepretzel cup was VERY stale and I asked for a replacement cup and he took the cup that my children put their hands in and ate thepretzels , he still gave me a replacement but that is not how you run a business Read more
Worse service ever First I waited for 10 minutes though it was one lady in front off me and second they didn?t except my $100 ... so I had to leave without my order and my kids were waiting for me outside and when I came empty handed they were verydisappointed.third I will take my business where I am respected. This was My 2nd Time trying Auntie Anne's Pretzels, within a 10 Day timeframe! My Favorite so far is, The Almond one! It's... Sweet, but not Too Sweet, with almost a Hint of an Egg Dough Flavor. Delicious, alone or Dipped in their Caramel Sauce. Read more
