It has been a while since I went to steak and shake but I was very pleased with my food. The burger was very fresh and tasty the... fries were hot/fresh as well. Really enjoyed my banana shake. Aug 12th 2022 - food was good but I dropped 3 stars because the white guy cooking on the grill wasn't wearing a hair net. I quit... coming to steak and shake restaurants because of always finding hair in my food. The other cook doing fries was wearing hers. Doyour part too, man. Not fair to other employees that put in 100% for being sanitary. Considering finding a new eatery when Ivisit my dad in the nearby hospital. Read more
Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive up to give my order with only 1 truck in front of me. Think the employees were all taking a... nap. When I got my order the receipt didn't have a bar code for rewards. Don't waste your gas, the foods not worth it. Read more

Raw burger and uncooked bacon. Manager wanted me to drive 30 miles back to make the situation right. I find that completely... obsurd. With no real solution except to drive 30 miles to have them re-cook the food, im reaching out to corporate. Read more
I've been inside a couple times and food was always good and never had any problems. Food was great and Iove the onion rings.... I've been to the drive-thru twice and it's always been the same girl Tiffany and she just knows how to make someone's day! Shetalks to you and doesn't just take the money and hand you your food.
