Don?t order here! Order was a 1.25 hours after text message it was ready. Order was also wrong and pizza was not very good.... Asked to speak to a manager and was told he was clocked out at 8:00.pm. Ordered a 6 dollar half pizza with breadsticks. Was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The seasoning was good and... nothing was undercooked. I got mine in less than 10 minutes. The cashier was so kind and friendly. I usually never have problemswith this location when it comes to going to this place. Sometimes they are busy and get certain things wrong but overall goodplace to eat at. ???? Read more
After I thought I?ve seen it all , these people had the nerve to send me a pizza with NO CHEESE with NO SAUCE . Just FRIED DOUGH... with a bunch of Pepperoni tossed on top . How is this legal for a business to sell this and not offer a refund . Read more
The young man there tonight needs help! He was the only one there, overwhelmed and was getting customer "complaints" from every... direction. HOWEVER, it is not his fault. He should not be there alone fulfilling orders! I placed my order, and it was wrongwhen I camed to pick it up. I let the young man know. Initially he was frustrated (understandable) but I was also as thecustomer. Ultimately he rectified the inconvenience, and I am horrified that this young man is the ONLY person working at thislocation. Not only on weekdays, but also the nerve on busy weekends as well. It could have been cooked longer.. this is my 2nd time having this experience at this location. I know it?s VERY busy but people... still want quality ( well-cooked) food .. no matter the price! I hope things get better at this location ???????????? Read more
We walked in and ordered the Little Caesars Deep Dish pizza. We were there during the Hot N Ready order period and there were... zero pizzas ready. The entire lobby had only 2 chairs. We waited about 15 minutes and everything was okay until we opened thebox at home. This is not even close to what a deep dish is supposed to be. Only one of eight slices had the crusty meltedcheese edge. One! The sauce was almost nonexistent, it?s supposed to have LOTS of sauce. The pepperoni and cheese did noteven cover the bread. This should be called Thick Bread with pizza on the side. We won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
I was hungry once again lol! So i figured I've been eating all type of good food lately so i thought about what i haven't had in... a while and pizza crossed my mind. I havent had a good pizza in a while and thouhgt little Caesars , why? Because there are verycheap , they usually be hot n ready i was hungry now and i had to feed 3 others so it work out just fine. I highly recommend pplcome here to gt their pizza if you in the area. You'll be in and out, its clean. Social distancing and masks require they havegreat customer service. Tried to order from Little Caesars on Broadway in Merrillville, and customer service is terrible, called 2 times, and did not... get an answer once for the 5-10 minutes I waited on the line. Could not order on the app because I do not have space on my phonefor apps I do not use daily, had to ask a roommate to order the food and it only took 20 minutes for the food to be prepared.Normally I wouldn't stress about wait time for an order but there was no backed up orders, the store was not busy, they werejust negligent of their phone. Why give the option to call the store if you will not bother to even pick up the line? I'mdisappointed in the service alone. Read more
