Love atmosphere in this place poeple are friendly and really nice. The price on food and how hot is was also the amount of food... was a great and to my standards and the open seating we had was great we only had three others in the same area, we alsoreceived a same coffee container so we could fill our own coffee cups. I love a trip to IHOP. It is about 30 miles from my house but worth the drive. The worst part about IHOP is trying to decide... what to order. The menu is huge and everything from soup to nuts (on your pancakes). I always choose the breakfast menu items. Their omelets are to die for and crepes with eggs and a meat selection is what I usually order. There is so much food that Ialways wind up getting a "doggy bag". Great place to eat. The service is excellent and it is very clean restaurant. Justthinking about it makes me want to take a 30 mile trip. ENJOY. Read more
We received our order scattered and incomplete. A couple things were incorrect. I tend to have a better experience going in... later hours. I will say the waitress was new. So we were very patient. The manager fixed everything and she was amazing. Thewaitress was really sweet but definitely needs more training. I'm giving this 4 stars because this was the first time we had anot so good experience. Other than that it's a descent IHOP. Hopefully next time will be better ????. Read more
Nice staff but the cleanliness of the place is questionable. The coffee pot was dirty with some sort banana cream on it from the... moment they sat us. They brought me a coffee mug to drink which was dirty as well. Just saw the gentleman sitting next to mealso state their mug was dirty. I hope the kitchen is being cleaned better than their dishware. We came here at 10 am on Sunday morning and the parking lot was about 1/2 full. There were people waiting to be seated and we... were told it would be 10 mins. Well 30 minutes later the host came into the vestibule and called for the lady next to me. I wasalready told that I was next to her so after another 5 mins, watching several tables come out, I went inside and asked when Iwas going to get seated. He told me that he called my name, but he NEVER came into the vestibule, where 8 other people werewaiting, to call a name. He took us to our table, and I told him that he needs to check outside, there are a lot of people outthere waiting. He never acknowledged that I was even talking to him. Just walked away from me. My wife and I commented thatless than half of the tables were taken and there was at least 20 people waiting out front, not being seated. I understand thatthey may not have enough employees to fully operate, but there was a lot of to go orders waiting to be picked up. We waited atleast 5 more mins to place our order and then waited another 30 before we asked our waitress when our order was coming out. Shesaid it would be another 10 mins. My wife and I had enough and told her to not bother and we got up to leave, she said that shewas going to check on our order and come right back. She came back to the table and said you don't have to leave, the order isready. She then went back to the kitchen, and we waited another couple of min's and then left. We felt bad for the server, butit was totally ridiculous how long we were there (75 min's total) ... If you cannot fully staff, then you should not open. Read more
